Right in the center of Seville, between the commercial and historic center, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation with all the conveniences of the city. In addition to its central location, a peaceful and enjoyable stay is assured given that the apartment is located on a quiet pedestrian street.

This luxurious and spacious duplex with a modern decor, measures 66 m2. Everything has recently been renovated and remodeled (March 2017) with a brand new kitchen, utilities, and furniture…. All including central air conditioning, a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, plasma screen TV, oven and microwave…..everything anyone could possibly need for a pleasant stay.

This duplex has one master bedroom in one floor, and upstairs a full size sofa bed for two additional guests

Close to the river and the main bus station, El Corte Inglés (department store), Cinemas, shops, monumental area. Flamenco bars and night life. Only at 10 minutes walking from the cathedral and the santa cruz neighbourhood.

About Juan Luis Pantoja

46 years old, i know well the city, its monuments and its life night. Play flamenco guitar and sing flamenco i know where are the best places to enjoy in the city. I love tapas and know most restaurants in seville, its prices and its quality. I like to recommend tenants where to go and make sure that they enjoy their staying. I do this for jobby and to be close to other cultures and also not forget my english. Always in touch with tenants try to get to know what they like. I am just what i would like to find whenever i travel abroad and rent an appartment.

The apartment is very nice and confortable. It is equiped whit all you can have in your own house. Silent, calm but right in the heart of the city where all the commercial area, monuments and night life places are situated. It is very important for me to make tenants feel as at home and that is at the end, the most important thing.

What makes this apartment unique

After 12 years renting the apartment, i know exactly what tenants look for. In March 2017 i have remodelated and renovated totally the apartment. Everything new and with a different style. I hope you like it. For me, the best, the coorner for the "siesta" time, with the two armchair. Amazing.

I will welcome you in and give you an Orientation with useful tips, maps of the area,etc... so you know how to get around in Seville. For any more questions please feel free contact me any time. For resting, there is a Large double (Queen) 60-63 in / 150-160 cm bed. Wide cupboard. Sofa in the room, although, the apartment is designed for 2 persons.. Wide room and comfortable. Far from noises. Upstairs in the dinning room there is a new comfortable sofa bed, just in case. Hope I can welcome you to my house.

Wonderful place!

On a quiet street in a great location, this wonderful apartment is both spacious and fully equipped. The owner, Sr. Pantoja is very detailed oriented and goes out of his way to make your stay a five star experence. The apartment has a clothes washer which we found very useful. We also used the electric juicer, something rarely found in a rental. Also, we found a nice assortment of spices and coffee. This apartment has the sleeping quarters on the lower level (with 1/2 bath) connected by a metal spiral staircase. We had fun using it but someone with mobility issues should look elsewhere. When we return to Sevilla, this will be our first choice of apartments!

Great Place

Wonderful apartment situated in the heart of Seville. Lots of shops, restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Juan was especially helpful in finding a local guide to help us revisit a place from our past. He really went the extra mile. The apartment is in a quiet area, so sleeping was no problem. I would highly recommend it.

A lovely apartment and ideal location

The apartment is great - it is very well designed and decorated and has everything you need. The bed was comfortable and our son, who slept on the sofa bed, said that was very comfortable too.

The location is perfect - everything is within walking distance and the street is very quiet (no cars). There is a small supermarket 2 minutes away and a larger one 5 minutes away. There are bars and restaurants just a short walk away. The Real Alcazar was 20 minutes walk.

The only thing we regret is not having booked for a longer stay!

Great apartment in the heart of Seville!

I spent 4 nights in Juan's apartment in Seville in March with my husband and daughter. The apartment is in a great location and is very clean and well equipped. Juan is an excellent host -- he answered all of my questions as we made plans for our trip and provided all sorts of wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities before we arrived. Juan continued to stay in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Cozy and quiet apartment in the heart of Seville

Our family (two adults and two teenage boys) stayed there for an extended weekend in February. We really enjoyed that it was on a quiet street and within walking distance of a number of tourist attractions (Cathedral, Real Alcazar, Alameda de Hercules, las setas). The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The owner provided us in advance with an extensive list of recommendations regarding restaurants, attractions, shops, etc. which was very helpful. While the apartment is a bit small for a family of four, it would be perfect for a romantic getaway.

Well located. We enjoyed the uniquely decorated compact apartment for two.

This is a great little apartment, not far from most of the main sites. It is perfect for a couple. The downstairs bedroom is dark and cool, which makes it wonderful for good sleeping. And the bed was awesome. We will use it again if we are in Seville. For the size, location and beauty I give it a "5."

' The apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of the city (Alfaqueque Street, next to the Plaza del Museo and parallel to the famous Alfonso XII Street). Parking optional at 5 euros per night. The duplex, measuring 66 m2, has recently been renovated and refurbished. On the first floor there is a large bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining room. The other floor has an open-plan bedroom with a toilet and a wide wardrobe and a living-room with another sofá. The ceilings are 4.5 metres high, giving the residence an even greater sense of room and space.
