Nice rental especially for families

Clean, stocked with everything, nicely decorated. Lot's of space. Lots of privacy downstairs where there are 2 bedrooms, sitting room, fullbath, and laundry. Well maintained. Saco river right there which was cool. Beautiful couch in LR. Imagine it's beautiful in the winter with the fireplace going.

North Conway Vacation

We had a lovely week in the mountains. Lots of things to see and do with breath taking views. Waterfalls, gorges, mountains. Shopping at outlets and great restaurants. This condo was perfectly located to everything. Peaceful surroundings and a river within steps of the house. Property was as described. It had a great cabin feeling with all the comfortable accommodations of home. Hosts were great to work with and highly recommend for your next get away!

February break

We loved the location and layout of this condo! Perfect for 2 families! All the beds and bed linens were very cozy and comfortable! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. The extra chairs for the dining area were great to have- especially for game nights! The couch was awesome! Big enough for everyone to fit and enjoy a roaring fire. We had such a great week! Only issues were spotty internet, which would randomly cut out, but always return, and having to deal with re-setting the hot water heater. However, the owner was great with a quick solution to getting the hot water heater back online. Only reason cleanliness didn’t get 5 stars was because of the empty cigarette packages and lighters left on the deck and old food left in the fridge/freezer.
