Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and quiet with beautiful views of the city and Puget Sound. We did not rent a car and used Lyft/Uber instead and that was a great choice given the limited on-street parking. The unit is within walking distance of the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium, and many near-by restaurants. Highly recommend the apartment.

Weekend stay for a celebration in Seattle

The apartment we rented was perfect. Beautiful view, plenty of room and comfy beds. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

If I had one criticism, it was that the refrigerator ice maker did not work.

Convenient Location with NO PARKING !!!

he instructions to get into the building was simple. the on shift concierge was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was clean. Everything you need was in the apartment. Even a washer and dryer. Which made packing to go home convenient.

The views were amazing, we could see the sound and the pier with the ferris wheel. It was a 10 min walk to Pikes Market.

There was a small balcony to have your coffee and enjoy the view. The building was very secure. You needed to have a key fob to enter the building.

Now for the bad.....

As soon as I was notified about getting the property, I immediately messaged the host about parking. There was no reply back on where to park. The concierge at the front desk of the building said that we could just pay for parking. So we tried, but you could only park from 6am-11pm. Which made it really inconvenient because we were trying to figure out the parking situation. Since I got no reply back from my original message to the host, I had to call the phone number that was listed for Stay Alfred. The representative sent me an email of other parking garages in the area that I could park in. But it had the same rules where you couldn't park overnight.

Second bad thing is that the central air conditioning is very loud. I had to close my bedroom door because it was so loud.

Overall, the stay was okay, due to no parking and the noisy air conditioning. If I had to stay there again I would, at least I know that I shouldn't get a rental car if I do.

Great location, clean, and great staff.

6 of us stayed in this unit for 4 days and we really enjoyed it. Great view and close to everything downtown. Unit was clean and in good shape. Rental staff and concierge staff were very nice and helpful.
