Lovely apartment with a lot of space.

We had a wonderful apartment that overlooked the city and Puget Sound. It was very clean and well equipped. There was some construction but it didn’t disrupt our view. The apartment was very spacious and nicely furnished. Location was wonderful and an easy walk to Pikes Place Market and the Space Needle. Parking is an extra cost and is not cheap but it was manageable. The train does go through town but we didn’t hear it throughout the night in either of the bedrooms; however, one of our guests slept on the pull out couch and she did hear it so i would recommend a fan for that space. Overall, it was a beautiful apartment in a great location.

Great Location.... wonderful place to stay

The unit was very nice. Large and comfortable for the 2 of us. It was clean and in a great location. We took Lyfts pretty much everywhere and everything was close. The only 2 cautions I have is the train is very close to the property. If you are not a hard sleeper it could keep you awake. The other is the blinds in the rooms. They don't keep the light out as much as curtains would. If you are a light sleeper these 2 things might interfere with your sleep. I would stay again because I sleep through anything and I can wear a sleep mask if needed.

Would not return...

We have stayed in a dozen or more VRBOs in the past 2 years, so we have a wide variety of experiences to relate to. This property was decent, but would not likely stay here again. We're not naive to city noise, but the train noise was ridiculously loud. Not having a tv in the 2nd bedroom made it hard to tune out the trains that ran every 15 min through the night. Pics are deceiving, there may be a nice view from one of their rooms, but not ours. We looked at a construction site. Only 1 sheet for sleeper sofa, no extra blankets. Kitchen was extremely sparse on furnishings. Pots and pans were dirty, we had to soak and scrub them before we could even use them. TV remote batteries were dead. (Sorry but we dont carry spare batteries with us). There is a parking garage, but it is additional $, not included. I realize the bldg staff is not associated, but the lady we encountered at check in was less than helpful for anything, including finding elevators, parking garage, etc. Overall, place was decently clean and ok, but not at all worth the price for us...

Great condo

Condo was very clean, well-located, and easily accessible. Definitely bring ear plugs or white noise since it is located right next to the train tracks.

Great place despite the street noise.

We booked this place for a girls weekend. The check in process was pretty easy, although we had a bit of a delay as there wasn't anyone at the check in desk. We waited about ten minutes for him to return and then it was a really easy process. The unit was clean and bigger than we thought, it was perfect for 5 people. Walking distance to pretty much everything. I would have given it a 5 but there was a ton of street, train and construction noise that was quite loud. If you closed the windows the sound was muffled a bit but it got very hot and stuffy in the unit and there was no fans to circulate the air or to drown out some of the street noise. AC would have made it perfect.

Great place to stay!!

Roomy, clean, great to have 2 bathrooms for 2 couples. Great location! Wonderful courtyard where we ate dinner one night. Very warm weather while we were there but the portable ac and fans helped. Would definitely recommend!
