owner/Amy Lewis purchased this cottage in 2014
Great location near Berea galleries, shops, cafes, and the college.
Th home is very clean beds are great. Home is updated and just a very comfortable place to stay. I would stay here again when in the area. Has plenty of room. Two bedrooms downstairs. One up with two full beds and bath. Could easily handle a family.
We had a wonderful time. Amy thought of all the conveniences of home. I was impressed. I would definitely recommend this property
The Forest Street Cottage is fantastic. The house is super clean, spotless, and well maintained. The kitchen had nice dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans. The bath towels were a great quality. I can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Forest Street Cottage . The house location to downtown Berea is a very short walk. We were able to walk to town for everything. I definitely recommend staying at Forest Street Inn to anyone visiting Berea.
We were in town for only 2 days for a volleyball tournament, but enjoyed our stay. Berea is a great little town (although the traffic can be bad in downtown). There are a lot of great art shops and the college campus also has a good number of interesting things to see. The cottage we stayed in was very nice. It was very clean. The furnishings and artwork inside were nice. Everything worked well and was in good order. It was conveniently located a bit less than a half mile from the college. We walked to "downtown" a few times from the cottage. Additional seating in the dinning area would be nice for families larger than 4. The street out front had some traffic noise that could be heard in the one front bedroom. The drive way has room for 1 car. Any additional cars can park on the road out front.
So the long and short; we enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future.
Very nicely decorated and everything we needed for our stay. Conveniently located and easy parking. All the amenities of home.
We stayed in this beautiful house for 2 nights and have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need in a rental home. The owner displayed some of her original artwork around the house which really added to the quaint artistic feel of the house and town. The kitchen was also very well stocked. The proximity to main street in Berea was perfect and allowed us to walk to most of the places we visited. We visit Berea on a regular basis and this will definitely be our "go to" place to stay from now on.
