Fantastic location in private apartment block in Val Claret, Tignes; ski-in/ski-out; Easy access to lifts and ski school. Approx 2 hours 30 mins from Lyon and Grenoble; 3 hours from Geneva (slightly less now since the opening of the new motorway link coming out of Geneva). At 3,000m it is one of the highest resorts in the Alps - with over 130 pistes covering all abilities and 90 lifts. Excellent ski and snowboarding resort. Very long ski season (early December to May). Washing machine and heated boot rack new for this season.

Just a family, who happen to love skiing. Been going to Tignes for over 25 years - so know the area well.
Being able to put on your skis by the front door and have a choice of 6 ski lifts, all going in different directions, all reached with in a minute or two. Having over 300km of pistes in front of you, with 155 runs and over 90 ski lifts. Being able to ski back at the end of the day. Add in a nice, light, spacious apartment; shops and restaurants just along the road; ski school close by (no dragging kids on to busses or long walks with tired kids . . . ).
We have had a fun-packed and fabulous couple of weeks here - maxed out on all the sports! The apartment is very comfortable - everything you could want! Hopefully we will be back soon!

We had a fabulous skiing holiday staying at this superbly comfortable, well maintained apartment. True ski-in / ski-out location, it's directly opposite the ski school meeting place and only a couple of minutes ski from all the lifts in Val Claret. No carrying skis or catching buses - which is fantastic especially with children.
The apartment is very comfortable and clean with all amenities including a very useful washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, all cooking facilities and a very luxurious boot warmer. TV, Wii and games and videos to keep the kids entertained. Always plenty of hot water available. It has proper, very comfortable beds which were very welcome after a hard day's skiing!
The owners were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions, gave lots of advice and information before we arrived in Tignes which helped to make our stay even better.
We were three adults plus two children aged 11 and 9. We used Evolution 2 ski school for both adults and children and would highly recommend them. There is plenty of more challenging skiing for experts in the region - but we'd recommend you get the full Espace Killy (area) lift pass to go where the best weather and conditions are. AriSports for ski and boot hire were excellent. The most comfortable boots and best skis I've ever hired!
The boys loved the sledges provided in the apartment - and they also visited the swimming pool with slide at Tignes le Lac on a couple of occasions (free entry with Espace Killy lift pass and free bus from Val Claret to Tignes le Lac).
There are plenty of places to eat out just a few minutes walk from the apartment, a number of takeaway pizza restaurants, plus a very well stocked supermarket and bakery nearby. Supermarket and bakery are reasonably priced. We ate on the mountain most days - our favourite restaurant for food and service was at the top of the Tichot lift. Our favourite restaurant in town for evening meal, for local cuisine plus great pizza and pasta, great service was Restaurant L'Armoise.
We'd highly recommend this lovely apartment and have already booked to go back!
This is a gem,in Tignes Val Claret.Near to all amenities,ski in,ski out.The apartment is comfortable,well equipped,and the added bonus of having satellite TV channels.Repeat rentals,means that this place ticks all the boxes.

Arrived in Tignes later than expected,Key agents waited open for my party, which is top class.
With clear instructions from the owners found apt very easy.
Smack bang in the middle with amazing views from balcony "well usually" On this occasion the snow was coming down so heavy couldnt see next building!
All the amenities are close by Restaurants ,Bars, Ski hire even local Supermarket only 5 mins away.
Apt really homely tv english channels,nice and warm ,all around just right for our Gang, even boot warmer in hall.

A great week skiing in Tignes. This apartment was very well situated for all the lifts in Val Claret, ski in and out just by crossing the road. Ski school just across the road as well and a short walk to many restaurants and the well stocked supermarket. Inside the apartment was warm, clean and very well equipped - no need to eat out everything you could need to cook a full family meal. Sky, internet, DVDs and games made this a real home from home. And so nice to pop on heated boots every morning to venture out on the pistes. The advise on travel, shopping and ski school from Roger made this a complete service. Thank you!
Val Claret is located right at the foot of the Grande Motte, at 3,450m high one of the highest in the Alps (you can summer ski here as well) Tignes is a short distance from Val d'Isere, a good days skiing across the valley. Tignes consists of several small villages all interconnected by many lifts and runs. Due to its altitude it is one of the first ski areas to get snow in the winter and the resort remains open all the way through until early May, with fantastic spring skiing.
