Internet/wifi , Dish network . Recently remodeled though out with big rooms, flat screen tv,s large private fenced in back yard. New bbq grill , small fire pit, outside table , chairs and umbrella, nice landscaping. Wonderful outside shower with changing room.

Glass top stove w/ over the top microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, all the amenities including coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, plates, silverware, etc.

Glass top table w/4 padded chairs, small fire pit w/ fire logs, extra outside seating. Enclosed outside rain shower w/ changing room, completely fenced w/ privacy landscaping.

Nice quite neighborhood ; perfect for walking, jogging and biking. ( 2 bikes provided )

In front of plantation key colony is a small grocery store with a great selection of meats and wines, bb&t bank, restaurant/bar, gas station and marina.

Across from plantation key colony, {rt 1} restaurants, dress and gift shops, dive center, paddle board and kayak rentals, dive and fish charters, seafood store, church,

Once a week produce and market.

With-in one mile from neighborhood; shopping center which includes winn dixie, restaurants, bar, post office, movie theater, walgreen's, mcdonald's, misc. Shops and hospital.

Many resturants deliver brochures at residence.

Winter stay 2017

This property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. We stayed for three months and had several visitors, everyone absolutely loved the house. The home had everything you would need, linens, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, etc. The owners even provided two bicycles for our use. Well situated in a very nice area close to Islamorada and a variety of very good restaurants. A nice feature, that not everyone would appreciate, is the access to US 1. With a traffic light situated north of the exit and at the point where the southbound lane goes from one to two lanes, crossing US 1 to go north is much easier, and safer, than at most other points. The fully fenced in yard is a blessing for dog owners. The boat ramp area doubles as a dog park and a group of neighbors meet regularly around 4:30 each day, our dog loved the opportunity to swim and run there. Some recommendations, Robbies at MM 77.5 is a great place to shop local artist, enjoy the ocean view and take a kayak trip to Indian Key. There are plenty of charter boats available for fishing at a variety of prices to choose from. John Pennekamp State Park is another great place for kayaking or to book a snorkle trip, they also have a nice little aquarium. If you enjoy craft beer, the Florida Keys Brewing Co. around MM 82 has a great variety of great tasting beers. The Whistle Stop also has a good selection, and you can enjoy a game of darts or pool while you're there. Snappers at MM 94 ocean side has a great Sunday brunch, but make reservations ahead of time. If you are a fan of Bloodline, a visit to Long Key state park is a must, as well as the Ocean View (OV), Marker 88, Safari Lounge (DAB - Dead Animal Bar), Caribbean Club and Alabama Jacks, just to name a few. You will be hard pressed to find better people to rent from than Greg, Elaine and Jeff. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone considering a stay in the Upper Keys.

Great rental!

This was our first time renting and could not have been any luckier to pick this home. It was the perfect size, location, and very clean.

We used the small park and boat ramp that was in the neighborhood on a daily basis, where we met friendly neighbors and their dogs at 5 pm . If you're a pet lover, this is perfect!

The local town park was a bike ride away. It has a dog park, walking paths, and clean small beach. If you are a pool person, that was available also.

Fishing, kayaking,snorkeling,boating and markets are all close by.

The owners are local and maintain the property . They are just a phone call away, if needed.

Wonderful family. They helped make our stay very pleasant.

Definitely, would recommend this home.
