Bora Bora apartments are situated to the lower level of Puerto Rico. In a quiet but central location within easy walking to the beach and the shopping centre with its abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. The nearest supermarket is only 2 minutes away and La Taberna restaurant is only next door. From the apartment you have fantastic views of the beach and harbour...............................

Excellent holiday great accommodation fantastic location with great views .lola and dermot couldn't have been more helpful.highly recommend if you are after a relaxing peaceful stay.
Conveniently located in Puerto Rico, 10-15 min walk down to the beach.
Small, quiet, complex with private swimming pool and sunbeds. Room quiet, particularly during the night, with top appartment where we stayed having a private balcony (tables, chairs, parasol) with great views of the beach and marina. Great value for money. Note access to appartments from street via a couple of flights of steps.
Everything worked, stove, kettle, microwave, fridge, toaster. Free TV did only have one/two channels at best (ITV|ITV3) but had free fast WiFi capabable of streaming iPlayer and Amazon (I use CloudVPN on Android to access). Linen and towels provided and new ones supplied during our 8 night stay. No safe (which might be available for hire); however, felt secure, particuarly given gate to complex from street is kept locked so we felt we did not need one.
On street parking avaialble; there were a couple of times where I had to hunt a parking space but that is normal, particuarly in Puerto Rico and the resorts nearby. I can imagine that other hotels/appts nearer to the beach have more of a problem with finding on-street parking.
Hyperdino express supermarket within a 2 minute walk which is well stocked and very reasonably priced (great bakery section).
Friendly run, only met Lola who was friendly and accommodating (let us stay around on our final day as our flight wasn't until late evening); and Lola and Dermot live on the complex so are available if any problems.
Would highly recommend.
We r a family of 3 , this is our 3 rd time here at bora bora , lovely place to stay clean an tidy apartments :) , lovely pool too , beautiful view of beach and sea from apartments .
no smoke detector - essential! no safe!!!
basic kitchen equipment 4 knives, forks, etc.
extractor didn't work, even the light meaning poor lighting while cooking
Electrics tripped out several times when using both hob rings and/or kettle or microwave. - first occasion caused problem with fridge that started to shudder and sound like spin drier!. Told owners about fridge and we were able to put our food in fridge downstairs - but next day we were asked to help take out old fridge and bring up new fridge despite telling them we both had bad backs! We did this. one day had no water , told owners who investigated and there was a problem beneath our apartment . Told plumber would be there first thing next morning - I had to ask for bottled water so that we could cook , this wasn't offered. Told we should fill buckets up from pool to fill cistern to flush toilet! After owners went out a Spanish man told me all was fixed and we did have water back on but appears there was still a problem as woken at 8.15 to say plumber needed to get into our bathroom (teenagers still In bed). We explained not that convenient as obviously we all needed to get into the bathroom. plumber obviously investigating downstairs as we could hear him and we were told by owner that he would return after 2 p,.m to finish off so not to worry. Owners went out and then plumbers came up to say we could not flush the toilet or run any taps for 3 hours!. Fortunately we were planning to go out that day and on our return all fixed though we did have a smell of solvent type glue present in our apartment until the next morning ! table lamp no plug, suggested we fit one ourselves .Had use of washing machine and had used twice, another occasion obvious that it had lost power as someone elses clothes were still in it and soaking wet. I assumed power had returned and put my clothes in and turned on - no light or power present, tried another device in socket to check this. Shortly afterward son was going to shops and owners returning ( they live downstairs) he mentioned this, said we thought something had tripped out somewhere, Dermot went into their apartment. He then shouted up
" Are you happy now?" in an aggressive and sarcastic manner!. Lola spoke with me to say was working, we believe they had reset trip!. No apology for this or any of the other problems which my husband pointed out, this was met with unacceptable and inappropriate language towards my son and husband by Lola
Told us we were jinxed!!!
Excellent place to stay for your holiday. Lovely view, beach & market is less than 5min walk. Got supermarket near by. Dermot is very helpful. Told us about the places we can go. Did pick and drop for little extra cash.
