Spacious and completely updated mid-century ranch-style home in established Woodland Heights neighborhood in Bryan, TX. 2616 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-size sleeper sofa, and plenty of floor space for air mattress. The modern kitchen has a nice breakfast area for 6 plus bar seating for 4 more. The dining table comfortably seats 8 and more seating is available. Large front and back yards with 2 car carport, plus ample parking in long driveway or on-street, plus gas and charcoal grills.
House is minutes from popular Downtown Bryan and short drive to Kyle Field. Neighborhood Walmart is conveniently around the corner, and an HEB, Starbucks, and Whataburger are right up the street, plus lots, lots more of places for food and drink.
My husband is a full-time musician and I work for a nonprofit. We love to entertain and especially love sharing our comfortable home with others. We purchased our home on Woodland Drive in 2012 and spent the next several months renovating much of it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We purchased this property because we love the character of a 1950's style Texas ranch style home. They don't make them like they used to! Also, we love the large lot, mature trees, and established, quiet neighborhood.
This group functions well for a large group because there are multiple living/seating areas and the galley kitchen is quite wide, so it's easy for several people to be working in there at once. Also, we have a very peaceful and park-like back yard.
