Vilamoura - Large 2 Bed / 3 Bath - Sleeps 4 - Beach - Golf Holidays

This beautiful apartment located within the prestigious Victoria Boulavard Resort and just 5 minutes drive from the Marina of Villamoura. Both of the well appointed bedrooms have their own en-suite along with spacious wardrobes. The master has it's own private balcony. The spacious lounge/dining is luxuriously furnished and has a large balcony looking towards the pool area - TV/DVD, Ipod and AC/Central Heating. There is a separate well equipped bright kitchen. The apartment also has a spacious entrance hall with storage room/Utility suitable for storing golf clubs. Outside there are beautiful gardens, 2 large pools with good sized terrace area, BBQ area and a well equipped playground. This development is located right beside 3 top class golf courses (Victoria Course, Millennium Course and Laguna Course). The 5 star Tivoli Hotel is nearby with restaurants and bar facilities and a wonderful spa. High Recommended for Family Holiday and Golfers alike.

Vilamoura: Beautiful town situated around the modern marina. There is a great selection of restaurants and bars looking out onto the harbour itself. Vilamoura is the name given to an area rather than to any actual town. It is outstanding in that it is one of the largest single tourist complexes in Europe and covers some 2000 hectares of land. The land is variable in its vegetation, some parts covered in pine forests whilst others open onto recovered marshland. The company that owns this complex is extremely environmentally conscious and has made every effort to protect nature within its continued planned development. Due to the size of the resort area it offers the visitor nearly every form of sport and entertainment. On the southern border is a long sandy beach swept by the Atlantic Ocean.

Quarteria: Its possible to walk the beach from Vilamoura to Quarteria and then on to Vale da Lobo. Quarteria was an old Portuguese fishing village and there is plenty of evidence of this period along the coast. Don't miss out on the huge daily market specialising in fresh produce and clothes.

Faro: Faro is the administrative centre for the whole of the Algarve region with a population in excess ofr 55,000 people. The city has both Arab and Roman ruins but most of the present attractive older buildings were constructed after the disastrous earthquakes of both 1755 and 1532. There is a large modern shopping centre on the way into Faro alled the Forum which contains many stores including a huge hypermarket. Alternatively one can park around the port area and wander into the narrow little streets of the old part of Faro where there are lots of lovely shops and restaurants.

Excellent apartment - very modern, spacious, comfortable and with clean lines.

Lovely location within the very smart resort of Victoria Boulevard. Both bedrooms are large and each has own bathroom facility. The kitchen is separate and well equipped. Recommended for both family holidays and for golfers.

What makes this apartment unique

Car parking facilities in covered car park. Air con. Lovely balcony with views to the pool and over the garden area. Regular shuttle bus from Victoria Boulevard into the Marina. You can hire blue bikes from the nearby station and use any of the many cycle lanes within the Vilamoura resort. Short drive to the lovely sandy beach of Faleshia. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Great Marina where you can sit at any of the cafes and just people watch.

Gostei muito do apartamento tem tudo o que é preciso para passar umas excelentes férias em família,com uma simpática piscina com bar para nos mantrermos fresquinhos nos dias quentes, rodeado por campos de golf ,perto tem uma ciclovia para extensos passeios de bicicleta, muito tranquilo.

Ótimo para descansar do stress da cidade.

Praias próximas do apartamento a 5 minutos "falésia" a 5 ou 7 minutos praia dos "tomates" e praia "olhos d'água".

Se quisermos divertir estamos a 7 minutos de carro da Marina de Vilamoura onde se situa a mais badalada discoteca "SEVEN" do famoso Cristiano Ronaldo , e muitas lojas e restaurantes de nível para nos podermos deliciar com a excelente cozinha portuguesa.

Victoria Boulavard is located just 4 minutes by car from the beautiful marina area of Vilamoura. You will find all your shopping needs here as well as a great choice of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. There is also a regular local produce market which should not be missed. The apartment is just a short walk to the Victoria Club House which is located on the grounds of the development with Millennium/Laguna Course just a short walk. The development is suitable for golf trips, adult parties and family holidays. The new Tivoli Victoria hotel and residential area are in the same area. There are numerous walkways and cycle paths in the area and there are gardens in the development and around the area to enjoy.

Vilamoura marina is a ten minute drive or a half an hour walk. There is also a local bus service available from the development to the centre of Vilamoura. Vilamoura has a sandy beach and also has a large variety of shops to explore. In the evening you can eat in the restaurants and relax at the marina in the open bars. Albuferia, Zoomarine and Aquashow parks are about a twenty minute drive and also accessible by coaches. Transfer from Faro Airport is about 20 minute
