Very pretty and clean. It was nice to have a place big enough for our young adult kids to hang out and not be on top of each other. The game room and hot tub saved the day. Parking was a little tight but we had no problems with it.
Pros: Close to Pigeon Forge. Easy to get to. Not too far out but not too close. Has game room and hot tub. Indoor pool and mini golf on complex.
Cons: Plastic on hard mattresses makes it hard to get a good night sleep. I dreaded going to bed every night because of this. Drive up is via an almost vertical winding road. Tires spun on our 4x4 on wet pavement. Only 1 dishtowel. Cabinets were cluttered with not so nice cookware. If you have guests sleeping in loft then it sounds like an army marching when they walk across the floor when you're in one of the bedrooms below. The loft hide-a-bed makes loud noises when a person turns over on it making it extremely loud in the downstairs bedrooms.
TIP: To bypass the traffic when getting into town, turn right onto New Era Road just south of Wal-Mart in Pigeon Forge. Turn left onto South New Era Road and it will take you right to the complex. The other way out if you're going to Gatlinburg or the south end of Pigeon Forge is to turn left out of the complex onto South New Era Road, Left onto Goose Gap Road and then left onto Walden Creek Road. This takes you to Highway 321.
