Incredible view, comfortable bed, great location

We loved our stay in this Sans Succi one-bedroom condo. It was just right for us - not so fancy we worried about every grain of sand on the tile floor while still being an adorable comfortable place to rest between beach outings. It's plenty of space for two but could work for a couple more on the foldout.

Best is the view! Third floor is perfect height and the balcony of this condo juts out so you can easily see east and west up and down the beach from your chairs (not just the scene in front, as inset balconies have).

Did I mention comfortable? The living furniture is very casual cushy but we must give special kudos to the king bed - seriously the most comfortable pillows and mattress we've had during a trip. I usually end up with backaches when away from home but not here!

Now, it's not perfect. While clean, the unit is a little older and a little beach-worn in places. The balcony is nice for 2 but could be a little tight if you had many more (and its plastic chairs are just ok). If you only like brand-new, perfectly renovated units you may not like this one as much as we did. But we will try to rent this one again for sure. Comfort, cute, clean and convenience trump perfect to us. And also, the owners were responsive and easy to work with.

And if we couldn't get this unit, we are now Sans Souci fans and would look for another. We already loved this area of Fort Pickens Road (our fourth trip to Pensacola and third stay within a two-block radius) and had seen this complex. We've been spoiled after staying here now, right on the beach. The parking garage is convenient and feels secure - and we were able to leave all our beach stuff in the car (versus hauling up and back to the condo) to grab on our way out the opening direct to the boardwalk and beach. Plus we loved ending several days in the pool and hot tub.

Not to mention it's right across the street from Peg Leg Pete's - a popular restaurant.

This location is about half way between the pier and the Fort Pickens National Seashore entrance which makes it a less crowded section of beach. However you would either have a long walk to the pier (which we did) or plan to drive/trolley to the main Casino Beach area. On the other hand, Tom's (the only convenience store we know of on the island) is also across the street - very convenient for extra ice and sunscreen.

We love PB no matter where we stay but this condo, with it's location and view, enhanced our trip.

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary over a long weekend (5 days) in this beautiful condo. So clean and well maintained. Peaceful setting and convenient to everything at the same time. The rental process was super easy and the owners are extremely responsive. This is a wonderful place to stay as a couple or to bring your family! The weather was incredible too!! We will be back next year!

Get a away to the best beach and the best cozy condo!

Let me just start by saying...Anyone renting this condo will be extremely, extremely pleased. We have been coming to NW Florida and specifically, San Souci for decades...mostly with lots of family. This was the first time with just the two of us. We highly recommend this condo. It starts with the informative, timely and personable emails with Jill. Next is the super easy lock box with the key on the front door. No going to a remote office and standing in line. Then you open the door to lively beach colors and decorations that tells you, you are on vacation...this is where you slowly exhale and the BP takes a dive and relaxation begins. The kitchen is well equipped, the furnishings are comfortable and "start up" supplies such as paper towels, TP, clean towels are already there. The bed is very comfortable...although my wife claims I snore...so I discovered the living room pull out was also very comfortable! San Souci has covered parking...no hot cars! If you have any concerns, Shaun lives in San Souci and is very helpful. Jill and Kevin have obviously put much thought into all details and they have hit it out of the park. If you are considering a 2 to 4 person stay, look no further. We are beach experts and this is a condo we will come back to for years to come. Thanks Jill and Kevin for sharing your perfect condo with us!

Loved it!

This was our first time to Pensacola Beach and we LOVED it! It was beautiful and so peaceful. The condo was very nice (could use some upgrades) but overall very nice and clean. And, was at a very good location. The view from the condo was wonderful! We will treasure the memories! Thank you Jill!

My family and I have vacationed in Pensacola many times and we have stayed at Sans Souci multiple times. This condo was by far the best we have experienced. Very comfortable and clean. Even with the extrem heat it was always very cool. Having the beachfront view and quick access to the pool was great. Thank you Jill for sharing your home with us. We will be back

Excellent Condo!

Our first family vacation in Pensacola Beach was great. Jill was great to work with on a last minute booking and was very accommodating! The view from the condo was amazing, the beach wasn't over crowded even with it being the busy season. We didn't want to leave and hope to stay here again!
