The treehouse includes a large main room with partitions for bedroom, private full bath, daybed and entertainment center. A fully stocked but small kitchen is appointed with stove/oven, refrigerator, and microwave.
Large ceiling fans move air conditioning through the high, vaulted ceiling, with an additional fan directly over the brass double bedroom.

We built this adjoining shop and upstairs apartment in 2009, hoping to attract a retired couple who would like to live here and participate in the care of the property. We are open to having extended stay visitors for the winter season or summer season, who want a central home base, with a country setting. Our home is nestled in the middle of a 35 areas of citrus and peach groves, on beautiful Eagle Lake in Winter Haven, Florida. Our property is secluded, yet only walking distance away from shopping and fast food.

Our property, called Camellia Grove, got this name from previous owners who planted over 50 camellia bushes on the property. In January-February every year, the view from the Treehouse, out over the yard and property is spectacular.
This homesite was owned by Jim and Carl Jackson, world travelers and horticulturalists, who brought back exotic plant species that are enjoyed all around the property.
This venue is ideal for the ecotourist and outdoors couple who are interested in Florida agriculture and pristine native habitats of central Florida.
It is also ideal for anyone who wants to be centrally located to both coasts, as well as just an hour away from either Tampa or Orlando metropolitan areas and airport access.
