Facilities on the complex include,3 swimming pools, a segregated children's pool, 2 tennis courts, convenience shop, hot food takeaway, children's play area and gardens. We have a brand new, fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob. toaster and microwave. There is also a utility room which contains a washing machine and a fridge freezer. For your convenience we supply a hairdryer, electronic safe, iron and ironing board. Security and peace of mind: The complex is walled and gated with gates that open with either a key or zapper. Apartment is groundfloor with entrance door that can be double bolted and has a peep hole. Both patio doors and kitchen door can be double locked from inside or out. Windows also have locks. There is a digital key safe in bedroom. We have an English Manager who lives on site he will make you very welcome and will over see your stay. This helps to add to a safe and friendly environment.
Water Park: Situated 5min from the apartment by car (can be walked). A great day out for all the family. Sun beds to hire, lockers available. Open from 10:00am to 18:00pm.
Golf: Golf Costa Teguise, is a 5min drive from the Apartment. Course information: 18 Holes, par 72, Advance booking recommended, proof of handicap required, Yardage 3303. We were 2 couples for one week and we all felt "at home " . The location is one of the best I could ask for ( not to far from the airport) but meanwhile easy to go (with a car of course ) to any part of the island. The apt was very clean and besides food, we didn't have to buy anything. Also there is a Spar store - in within a 5 min walk from the apt. The communication with the owners went really smooth and in the apt we had a lot of info abt "WHAT TO DO ON THE ISLAND" The only thing I gave 4* out of 5 was the lack of a wifi😋
Perfect for cyclists, or car renters as next to all of the roads out, and really central...great tennis court, clean modern flat, perfect patio as in the morning sun....super Bistro just down the road, visit Puerto Calero marina. Gated development so super safe for parking & children.
My husband, my two teenage kids and I stayed here for a week over Christmas and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean and more spacious than it looks in the photos. Beds are comfortable, plenty of storage space and couldn't fault it. Paul next door is really helpful. I would highly recommend a hire car for getting to the bars, restaurants and beaches. Only drawback was that the pool was freezing but that's to be expected at this time of year. The owner sent us excellent directions for getting to the apartment and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for comfortable, clean and well appointed accommodation!
Great Apartment everything supplied that is required for a self-catering holiday. The area of Costa Teguise is very quiet and spread over quite a large area with sufficient supermarkets and restaurants and usual gift shops. The apartment has its own pools which are a little cold but very well maintained. If you want beaches they are quite a walk (25 minutes plus), nice once you are there but a long way for little legs (especially when its time to go home)! Again the apartment is one of the best we have been to, plenty large enough for a family. English TV limited to freesat so bring DVD's if planning to stay in of an evening.
Apartment was very clean and well appointed, description was accurate. We enjoyed our week in Lanzarote. It was a little way out from the restaurants and bars - we ended up getting a hire car to get around, this I would recommend to any one else staying out here. But really nice and quiet complex. Pool too cold to swim so can't comment on that.
Secure, spacious with every facility available. The grounds are very well mantained and the three swimming pools are very clean and well looked after. The supermarket is close by with Restaurant and Pizza delivery service. Bus service from nearby Bacelo Hotel to all areas, There is a bar by the Hotel which has three TV Lounges which show all different football games. There is a Car Hire and Bicycle Hire premises close by.My Wife, Daughter and I spent two very relaxed and enjoyable weeks there and it our intension to return again in the near future. I would recommend this appartment to my friends and relations. There is a parking in the complex if required. We found the walk along the sea front from Teguise to our appartment a delight with plenty of Sights to look at and plenty of seats to rest on along the way. The beach is about a 20 minute walk from the complex. where sun beds and sun Brollys can be hired.
Costa Teguise is one of the more popular resorts on the Island and is also regarded as one of the more exclusive. The nearest beach is a white sand beach cove 5 min walk from the Apartment. The main centre of Costa Teguise is 30 mins walk from the Apartment, 5mins by car. The main beach in the centre is a long sandy beach gently shelving into the sea. Great for children. There's a great array of shops, bars and excellent restaurants to be found catering from All Day Breakfasts to A La Carte meals. Taxis are numerous, well priced, as are the buses which run all over the Island. The Islands only Water Park and a Golf Course are behind the Complex both within walking distance. You also have the added benefit of using the facilities of a large hotel across the road. There are so many sights to see and things do on the Island, from a Camel Ride up a volcano to an under water Submarine experience, or just to relax on one of the beautiful beaches.
