Please highlight the word NEWLY CONSTRUCTED, our family vacation was any thing BUT relaxing, they are still under construction even when you are here, finishing the homes, nailing siding, roofing, sodding, washer was in closet not hooked up and the dryer was in the garage in the box, no railings for deck, inside stairs up and down were not even there, we really had to watch the grand kids. there was no screened in porch, nor out door furniture or fire ring, Now did I mention that this was a family vacation with workers included? so while we are here they are WORKING on things for the week, very hard to lay kids down for naps with work going on around you. I guess next family vacation will have to really check out the place first.
This resort was amazing with a recreation building that had very nice/new workout room, pool, hot tub, and game room. Lake had sandy beach, raft, clear water. Everything you could want. We really enjoyed our 3 bedroom villa, especially the screened in sun room! We are a family of 4 and had plenty of space to spread out across the three levels. Loved the pool table in the basement.
Couple things missing - no washer/dryer (roughed in for it but no appliances yet). Service was good - brought us extra towels the day after we requested them. Would be nice to have restaurant onsite but sounds like future plans include that.
Beautiful area, lovely new villas, and we had an excellent vacation.
