Highly desirable, luxury 2-bed air-conditioned apartment (built 2008) with modern furnishings and contemporary feel. The communal pools, children's playground and barbecue area make it a perfect resort for the family holiday. The pools are gated for children’s safety and protection. The apartment has a private balcony overlooking Vale of Parra. The lounge contains a 2-seater leather settee and 2-seater sofa bed, LCD TV, DVD player and DVDs. The bedrooms comprise a double and 2 single beds, with built-in wardrobes, one being en suite. There is secure parking for one car in the underground parking. The apartment is minutes away from Guia’s popular beaches, and a 10 minute car ride from the famous Algarve Shopping Centre and adjacent Designer Outlets. Other nearby attractions include Zoomarine, and Aqualand waterpark just a short drive from the apartment. A free Meet-and-Greet service is available, and if required, transport can be booked to take you direct to and from the apartment.

Last summer (2012) we have had a satellite system installed, providing approximately 50 English-speaking channels including all the UK favourites, BBC, ITV, and movie channels too. Portuguese channels are also available. There is a local Portuguese stereo radio system built into each bedroom and the lounge. For the keen shoppers there is the recently built Aqua Centre in Portimao just off the n125 (40 minutes away by car), and a must for the ladies: Mango, Bershka, Primark, Massimo Dutti, Pull and Bear, and many more. Parking is free.

We have been travelling to the Algarve for 25 years, and so when an opportunity came to purchase an apartment near the sea and shops I jumped at the chance! It has proved a super investment and not only do we rent it out but use it ourselves several times a year. Now that we have satellite TV installed it's lovely to have in the apartment when the summer is over

The sofa bed allows a maximum of 6 persons in the party. The balcony contains a small table and chairs so that holidaymakers can sit out during the evenings. The pool is nearby to the apartment and is gated for children's safety. There is a big pool and children's pool alongside. There is now an attractive barbecue area near the pool, and a small children's playground adjacent to the apartment. The parking is directly underneath the apartment; it is secure and accessible by a zapper/remote control which you can use during your stay

Brillant Holiday

Had a fantastic stay at these apartments this summer, so clean and well equipped. Derek was very helpful with my many enquiries. Large pool and lots of sun loungers. Great for kids as there as kids pool and play area with swings and slides. Close to shops and restaurants. Rented a scooter for the week and it was only a 10 minute drive to old town. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Great holiday - great apartment

We had such a great holiday. The apartment was really well equipped. We had a 4 year old and a new born with us and it was like being at home. My 4 year old absolutely loved the pool and there were plenty of Sun loungers around it. There are loads of lovely restaurants nearby (prima pasta being my absolute favourite) and we rented a car and went to albufeira few times. We also did a few day trips. We went to zoo marine which is absolutely brilliant for adults and children 😊 overall we just had a really great holiday and we're already looking into booking flights for next year. 😁😎

Perfect Vacation!

As 2 single ladies in our 40’s from the US we have travelled extensively in the US, Caribbean and Europe. I can honestly say this was one of my best vacations ever. The apartment was perfect – lovely and clean, well maintained, comfortable furnishings and surround sound Radio & TV was an unexpected bonus! We rented a car and loved the convenience of the parking garage. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool was literally outside the apartment door. Derek, the owner was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and gave us some great recommendations of places to go. The location was ideal for us – very peaceful compared to the madness of downtown Albufeira, yet close enough (10 minute car ride) to get there when we wanted to go. It was about a fifteen minute walk to Gale Beach – which is just breath taking! There are at least 10 restaurant/pubs within walking distance of the Apartment complex – we didn’t have a bad meal anywhere – although Prima Pasta and A Sardinha were favorites! Cabinista’s serves a great English breakfast daily and is a great hangout at nighttime. If you prefer to stay in and cook, the apartment has a great fully furnished kitchen and there are 3 supermarkets very close by. They weather was also so perfect – beautifully hot and sunny with a perfect cooling Atlantic Breeze. I fell in love with the locals who treated us so warmly. I highly recommend this spot (in fact I already have) and look forward to returning next year!

Excelente apartamento, muito bem equipado, correspondendo na integra à discrição feita no anúncio. Os espaços exteriores são óptimos, respirando-se ar puro, paz e tranquilidade. Embora se necessite um meio de transporte, a localização é boa pois pode-se optar por várias praias que se encontram nas redondezas.

Excellent apartment, very well equipped, corresponding in the totally to the description given in the ad. The outdoor spaces are great, with fresh air, peace and tranquillity. Although we need a mean of transport, the location is good because we can choose several beaches located nearby.

Excellent appartement, très bien équipé, ce qui correspond totalement à la description donnée dans l'annonce. Les espaces extérieurs sont grands, avec de l'air frais, paix et tranquillité. Bien que nous ayons besoin d'un moyen de transport, l'emplacement est bon, car on peut choisir plusieurs plages dans les proximités.

The big attraction is the proximity of three fun beaches only minutes away by car. They are ideal for children and safe. Restaurants, internet café and bars are situated on neighbouring streets, and the nearest big supermarket, Apolonia, is just 4-5 mins up the road. A ten minute drive takes you to the Algarve Shopping Centre where there's a branch of Zara, a cinema, many child-friendly restaurants and a variety of other shops. The neighbouring Designer Outlets feature Nike and an outlet selling Portugal's famous high quality shoes/sandals. For children, there's ZooMarine where you can interact with dolphins, under 10 mins away by car, and Aqualand waterpark 15 mins by car. Other attractions off the main airport road are the markets which take place once a week in each of the local villages. Albufeira and its marina are just down the road and the city has a superb night-life for youngsters and teenagers; it also hosts its own beaches and restaurants. Salgados golfcourse is 5 mins away

Other Activities: Waterparks and shopping are 10 minutes away

Golf: Salgados and many other golf courses are within minutes of the resort
