Your three bedroom, two and a half bath town-home comfortably sleeps up to eight. Enter on the ground floor and head up the stairs to your open concept family room and eat-in kitchen. Loved the condo unit and the proximity to the river walk and the market area. The condo space was perfect for our family. The unit was clean upon our arrival, and it was spacious enough for our family activities.
The apartment was spacious and well furnished (great cable TV), and the layout was great, allowing privacy for all. Beds were very comfortable. The location is great. The streetcar stop is right across the street and it is really easy to drive to the Hawthorne bridge or the Ross Island Bridge. The river and river walk is just a block away, as are great restaurants.
This property is in a great location and provides parking. It's a multi level townhousewith all the amenities you need for a long stay for a bunch of people. There were three of us but it definitely could've accommodated 5 to 6 comfortably.when you do the math it's way cheaper than a hotel per person. The property managers were professional and provided a package of information outlining all you need to know. It's pretty buttoned up and not the casual experience you may encounter on some of the other sites are rentals. One thing to note is that the garage is very small, they warn you about this, so even A rental car like a Camry made it really difficult to get in and out of the garage. We actually went back to the airport and got a Smaller car. One other strange thing that's not really a problem but maybe for some is that one of The bedrooms is through a door in the garage. It took us some time to actually find a third bedroom but it was fine once we did. We ran into some issues with batteries for the remote, a toilet not flushing properly, etc. but we let the property management company now and I'm sure they'll fix. Don't need to focus on the negative because this property as many positive attributes and we would stay there again.
This unit was not clean and sadly was infested with gnats in the basement bedroom. Repeated calls to management without a resolution causing ladies to have to share rooms upstairs. One broken shower tap was fixed during our stay but odd electrical caused lights and fan to turn on between 4-5 am most nights. I can say this was the most disappointing rental I have experienced having used this website for homes in Canada, USA, and UK.

I have mixed reviews. Place was very clean and comfortable but the layout was awful. Brought a handicapped child who fell down the stairs due to the steepness of them. Only one of the three bedrooms had a TV. The third bedroom was behind the garage which was difficult to get to if you have a car in garage plus it only had a 1/2 bath requiring the person to walk up three flights of stairs to Shower. Very clean and well stocked tho !!!!
