You will never want to leave this beach oasis that is located on 30th St. between the bay and the beach. The boardwalk is 1 1/2 blocks and the Newport Pier is short walk along the boardwalk (20th St).
As you walk into the home, you are greeted by an open and inviting floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The living room, which has seating for 4, is furnished with plush comfortable couches and a cozy fireplace for those cool summer nights. It is the perfect place to kick back and watch a movie after a long day at the beach! Multiple windows allow the sun to fill the room with beautiful natural light.
This open concept living space flows right into the dining area and kitchen. The dining area has seating for 4 with additional stools up at the kitchen breakfast bar. The fully equipped and updated kitchen has everything you could need. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops add a modern touch. Cook up a great meal with family and friends in this great kitchen that is open to the rest of the living space.
Nothing says beach living like having an outdoor space! Large French doors open from the living space onto the outside patio area. Modern outdoor furniture with seating for 4 and a BBQ are the perfect addition. Enjoy a meal and some drinks while watching the sun go down.
Two master suites make this home an amazing find! Perfect for multiple couples or a big family! Both masters have full ensuite bathrooms, flat screen TVs, and large comfortable beds. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids or young adults. A large bunk bed with an additional pullout bed underneath provides ample sleeping space. A third bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
If you are looking for a vacation home that is steps from the beach, plenty of space to relax, and is located close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and bike rentals…. then this is the place for you!!

What a great house right on the water. The house had plenty of room for all of us and never felt like we needed anything. The bedrooms and living room were very comfortable. Loved our patio after a long day exploring the city it was great to kick back. Would recommend this home to all our friends.
This property is everything you need for vacation. Plenty of space, two blocks from the beach and downtown! Filled with boogie boards, beach cruisers and essentials for cooking. Highly recomend staying here!
Delightful place to stay. Lots of room and very clean. We enjoyed Newport Beach so much. We loved how close the condo was to the beach. Being from a cold climate the 60 degree temperatures were heavenly. Wonderful visit. We didn't want to leave!
We could not be more pleased with our stay! The family had a wonderful time exploring everything Newport had to offer, which is a lot. We could walk to the beach any time we wanted, as well as any restaurant. It really is close to EVERYTHING. Very relaxing, very comfortable. Everything was high end also (kitchen amenities, TVs, etc.) Can’t wait to come back!
So glad we chose this rental, as it really was perfect for our family’s needs. It comfortably slept all our children, and had plenty of room for gatherings. What we really loved was being able to walk everywhere. Shops and restaurants walking distance one way, the ocean walking distance the other way. That was very neat. And thank goodness for garage parking, since streets get crowded near the beach. We will be returning, thanks!
