The spirit of the Belle Epoque fills this luxurious sea-view home in Canne’s Californie neighborhood. Originally built in 1871, the main house, apartment and annex have been beautifully renovated with modern conveniences. The privacy and magical ambiance create a wonderful setting for weddings, parties and special vacations.
An automatic gate opens onto the grounds, which are surrounded by rare, centuries-old trees and overlook the sea. Steps lead from the villa down to lovely long terraces, tiered gardens, a pergola, solarium, open-air gym area, sauna, and deck with a hot tub, heated swimming pool, waterfall and sunbeds. The summer dining room features an air-conditioned kitchen with a table for 16 (upon request) and barbecue. There is parking for eight cars, and additional parking for 40 cars is available a 4-minute walk away.
Ground Floor: The large reception room features two living spaces with many sofas and armchairs, a dining table for 12 and doors to the sea-view terrace. The professional kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine and clothes dryer. There are four bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a direct, private connection to the kitchen. This bedroom is a master and features a king-size bed (180 cm), video screen and individual sound system with remote, a small office, doors to the terrace and his-and-hers ensuite bathrooms—one has a dressing area, safe, large Jacuzzi with whirlpool, shower, double sinks, toilet, bidet and hairdryer; the other has an Italian shower, sink, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. The second bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm), video screen and individual sound system with remote, doors to the terrace, a small fountain, and an ensuite bathroom with a dressing area, bathtub, double sinks, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen-size bed (160 cm), TV, dressing area and ensuite bathroom—one has a bathtub, sink, toilet and hairdryer, and the other has a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.
First Floor: The central staircase leads up to a library and a casual living room with a standard double sofa bed (comfortable for one, cozy for two), and TV. This room may be used as a reading room or for video games and entertainment. This room is adjacent to the master suite, which features a king-size bed (180 cm, may be converted into two single beds), TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. On the opposite wing of the house there is another bedroom with two single beds (90 cm each, may be converted to a king-size bed), TV, doors to the terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. This room adjoins an apartment with a separate entrance. The apartment has a living room with a standard double sofa bed (comfortable for one, cozy for two—available upon request), dining room and kitchen. There is also a loft-style bedroom with two bunk beds (90 cm each) that are ideal for children, a dressing room and a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.
Underground Level: There is a small private nightclub featuring an integrated sound system, TV, bar and several sofas.
Ground Floor: Perfect for teens or staff, the annex has a small kitchen and a bedroom with three single beds (90 cm each), air conditioning, and TV. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.

Housekeeping is provided for 2 hours per day, five days per week. Towels are changed twice per week; linens once per week. Additional Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee.
