This private farmhouse rests in an expansive Mediterranean garden. The large kidney-shaped pool (20 m x 6 m) and patio area are surrounded by trees and flowers. There is a BBQ, plenty of outdoor seating and garden nooks. The private pool house has towels for your convenience and is complete with a kitchen and a bathroom, with shower and toilet. The residence offers views of endless, rural landscape. There are a total of three parking areas. The parking lot located at the entrance to the garden can easily accommodate several vehicles. The adjacent field is part of the property.

Ground Floor: The garden entrance to the house leads to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with vaulted ceilings and dining room. The kitchen, which has an oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric tea kettle, and American and espresso coffee makers, opens up to a terrace and garden. On this floor are two bedrooms, each with a king size bed (180 cm, possible to separate into twin beds upon prior request) and one bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet.
First Floor: (15 steps) This floor can be accessed from the village street as well as internally.
There are two large living rooms for entertaining and a study. This floor also offers a small kitchen. There is one bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm) and en-suite bathroom with tub, shower, and sink. There is a separate small room, which has a single sofabed. Additionally there is a guest bathroom off the first floor stairs, with a sink and toilet.
Second Floor: (15 steps) On this floor you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm), a large library with a single day bed (90 cm), and a bathroom with tub and shower and toilet. There is also an open sleeping loft with three single beds (90 cm).
Orangerie: In this converted greenhouse, which has a private entrance from the garden, there is a bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm). Please note that there is no bathroom within the orangerie.
