Built by a wealthy Sea Captain in 1870, this Santorini villa is located in Oia on the North-western end of the island. It is registered as a "Cultural Heritage Building” for its unique architecture and rare antiques collected by the Captain from his travels around the world. The influences of neoclassical architecture, gives the villa a particularly interesting style that distinguishes it from other mansions on the island. The multi-level outdoor areas offer several different spaces for lounging and dining. Summer meals will be enjoyed on the spacious pebble-paved ground level terrace with a large table that seats up to 8. The upper terrace with wood decking, lounge chairs and sofas, has unobstructed views of the Caldera and nearby islands. The built in Jacuzzi and sunbed are located on the highest level making an ideal location for taking in spectacular sunsets.

Ground Floor: The entry with a cross-vaulted ceiling and an antique chandelier leads to the living room, dining room and Captains office. The spacious living room with vaulted ceiling, hand finished oak flooring and antique Venetian mirror has a large comfortable couch and chair offering a relaxed, yet elegant atmosphere. The room includes an entertainment center with a Satellite TV, DVD player and iPod dock. The elegantly detailed office with wireless internet, a printer and desk makes it easy to keep up with business needs while on holiday. The stylish formal dining room boasts a vaulted ceiling with an antique Georgian chandelier; Venetian hand carved wooden cabinet and mirror, and a large table with seating for up to 10 people. This room is in the center of the house can be accessed from the living room, Captain’s office and interior patio. The galley kitchen retains the original floor tiles and architecture, having been completely updated with state of the art appliances including an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso maker, American coffee maker and microwave. This room is accessible the interior patio and terrace. The interior patio is a just right for informal meals, relaxing with a book or a game of cards. There is a built in table and comfortable bench style seating. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The Master suite has a king-size built-in bed (180 cm), walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with sink, shower and WC. This room has a private veranda. The second bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm) which can be separated to make 2 twin beds (90 cm), upon prior request, a large closet and ensuite bathroom with sink, shower and WC. This bedroom has access to the interior patio.
First Floor: There are two bedrooms and one shared bathroom on this floor. The first bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm) which can be separated to make 2 twin beds (90 cm), upon prior request. This bedroom has access to the upper terrace. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a private balcony with small table and chairs. The shared bathroom has a sink, shower and WC.
Basement: A staff bedroom with a twin bed (90 cm), bathroom with sink shower and WC, can be used upon request
