Luxury at its finest in this 2,900+ sq. ft., professionally decorated, 4 bedroom / 3 bath, oceanfront condo with wifi. Huge balcony with Jenn Aire Grille, is approximately 950 sq. ft, with comfortable and relaxing patio furnishings. 6 wall mounted flatscreen HDTV's throughout condo, all with DVD players. . Master Bedroom with balcony access and king bed, 2nd master bedroom features king bed with balcony access, 3rd master bedroom has queen bed, 2 wall mounted hdtv's with built in dvd players, a desk, a daybed w/ trundle, all with balcony access, 4th bedroom has 2 twins beds. The living room couch is a sofa sleeper as well. There is also a laundry room with a full capacity washer and dryer.
Enjoy breathtaking views from every window in the condo. You will love this state of the art kitchen with granite countertops, an island and 2 separate sinks, . Condo also features high speed wireless internet, 10' ceilings, and a netflix ready 50" flatscreen tv in the living room.
Ocean Vistas was built just a few years ago and offers a full workout room with the latest equipment, sauna, and tVs. They also have a fully furnished 2nd floor lounge and sundeck along with a hdtv & pool table, a conference room with a copy machine, fax, and computer with internet access, and a gorgeous outdoor pool and hot tub.

This condo is fabulous! It was spacious enough for all 10 of us and we never felt cramped for room. The deck is amazing and offers even more space to rest and relax and then grill dinner while hearing the ocean waves right next to you. This condo is stocked with everything you could need from beach toys, board games, all kitchen supplies, and linens. Craig was extremely easy to contact and work with to get the condo reserved. This is definitely a place we will return!
My friends and I just returned home from a week at this beautiful property! The condo is very nice and well stocked with all the essentials needed to have a great time. There are no negatives to report as all was wonderful. Craig was very accommodating and helpful. If you are looking for a great condo with a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean, look no further!
Our family had an outstanding time at his condo. It was spacious with all the amenities and beach items you could want. I have rented many condos but this is the best of the best. It was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed plus extra stuff. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Craig was so easy to work with. Will rent this condo again.
Enjoyed our stay, the condo was huge and location was perfect. Suited our large family perfectly (2 adults/5 kids). Never felt crammed, everyone had their own bed, plenty of space, and a huge deck. Short walk to pool/beach and conveniently located 2 miles from Publix. Great, friendly security. Would recommend.
Only "issue" we had was mold/sludge build-up in Master shower and in one other tub that we noticed on arrival (appeared as though it was more than a 1 wk build-up). Also, a couple cigarette butts scattered on the deck and an ash tray with a cigarette butt in it on the deck dining table (to which the host kindly removed for us during our initial tour of the unit) and a couple of the trash cans still had trash in them. It didn't appear housekeeping was very thorough during their 5 hour cleaning (we arrived at 3pm). I brought it to Craig's attention and he promptly contacted the staff. Craig informed me that the housekeeping staff stated that they "thoroughly cleaned the shower and tub and couldn't get that off". My wife and I picked up a couple supplies at Publix later that day, spent a few minutes cleaning the shower and tub....and situation resolved. Craig kindly offered to compensate us for our time, but we didn't feel it was necessary. A little more accountability with the housekeeping staff would help prevent this in the future. Also, I mistakenly left a small item behind (shaving brush) that "wasn't found" by the housekeepers. May have been thrown out before notification made, not sure...but didn't leave me with a warm-fuzzy about the housekeepers.
Overall, the housekeeping issues weren't a show-stopper...but certainly worth mentioning as the tenants pay the $200 for the 5 hours of "cleaning".
Appreciated the great communication and prompt replies by Craig, even while he was on vacation.
We really enjoyed the condo and huge deck. Parking garage below was a plus. Condo was real nice could use a new love seat. Electric grill did not cook good until I put some bread pans over food to hold heat in, does not get hot enough. Great excess to pool and beach. Overall very nice and Craig was very helpful during our stay. We will book again.

Call for pricing on special event weeks, spring break, holidays, and summer weeks. The above pricing is for off season weeks only and is based on 6 guests. Each additional guest will add $150-200 to the cost of the week. Payments are generally broken down into 3 payments when possible. The $400 security deposit is due upfront, payment 2 is due 90 days before your check in day, and payment 3 is due 45 days before check-in. We accept credit card payments, e-check payments, and normal checks. Note - the security deposit may be slightly higher for event weeks and the payment schedule will be moved up a month.
