A home with everything for the family rain or shine. Very well maintained home which we thoroughly enjoyed staying at. Great safe location and close to all amenities. I’m sure we will visit again !
Perfect Vacation Home!
The house was better than expected. It worked out perfectly for our family. It was super clean, everything was well maintained and it’s going to be hard to top this house on another vacation. The only problem we noticed was we thought we were paying more than advertised for a deposit that we would be getting back after our vacation was over, but we looked at the email after the vacation and it shows 3 separate tax amounts, and like 4 other fees we didn’t know about. It’s advertised at $90 a night but we stayed 5 nights and paid $800. An extra $300-$400 in just feed, taxes, and stuff. We talked about staying at this house next time we go to Disney, but after we seen all the extras they added on, we probably won’t.
Beautiful villa, fantastic vacation!
We just returned from a 2 week stay at this villa. Our party consisted of 4 adults and this home could have easily accommodated twice as many people.
The villa was everything we needed and more. The photos are an accurate depiction of this villa. The pool is spacious and private from other neighbours.
We loved our stay and would certainly recommend!

Very nice place, wish they return items left behind....
Loved the place, Very clean, fully loaded kitchen awesome game room. Be advised pool heater is an extra 120 and grill is also extra. Beds were great!!! 3 of the people who stayed there including myself have an array of back problems and we all slept great! My Husband mistakenly left a classic game console in the front living room on the tv furniture I emailed them and made them aware of the item left behind. My email was answered stating clean up crew found nothing. I know the exact location it was left in so I know it was there. I received another email stating the house would be checked when the current guest leave but days later no reply. I will post update if I get one.

Thank you also for your feedback especially about the beds and the home that was very genuine and that is appreciated.
Pool heating is an additional cost of course, this is industry standard and you should know this facility comes straight out of our electricity bill and the charge will vary for the different length of your stay as it is a daily rate.
With regards the lost items, I don't really feel we warranted being docked to 3 stars because of this and nor was this the place to write about it as we are still (as you have stated) in open communication about it with you.
- but as you have raised it I will respond -
It is not our responsibility in any way whatsoever to make sure you have everything you packed on your departure. We are not at the house packing your bags for you. If its obvious to our cleaning crews that something has been left behind then most certainly we'll do our very best to make sure this is returned to you as quickly as possible.
If, however, on this occasion they do not spot the items you are saying you have left then we hope that perhaps this is picked up on our home inspection after the clean before the next guest arrives.
Now I've looked at the photos of that house inspection after your departure and it is not clear that there is a games console in the home. We will check specifically looking for these items once the next guest departs but you're right - it has been days later and that's because the current guest has a 20 night vacation booked.
We have made attempts at calling them in the villa but as they are on vacation I'd hope they are out enjoying themselves which is why they haven't picked up the phone.
We will continue to try to get your items back to you but we will need to get into the home first to see if we can find them - Like you said - I have been in email communication with you about this, and actually I'll write the update for you now as we have literally just received a return call from the guest to say they have your console.
The guest has kindly given us permission to interrupt their vacation and enter the home during their stay to collect your lost property, so we will today go to the house and arrange its return to you
