A step back in time. What a gem!
Didn't realize what this place had in store for us. A piece of history in a beautiful setting. Loved seeing how things were built in the past. Surprised how large the bedrooms were compared to the boxes of modern houses. We came to NC as a family of 8 who hadn't stayed all together in one house for many, many years. What fun reconnecting on a personal level. We will be going back home feeling a lot closer after staying together. We want to thank Molly for being such a wonderful host. Would love to come back again. Loved being "away from it all".
Love the setting and easy drive to places when needed. Great space for family to sleep and mingle
Charming farm house just off the beaten path
This property hits all the marks for a "steal your heart away". From the second we opened the front door, we fell in love with the place.
The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of outlets for cell phone chargers. Internet was adequate. Beds were comfy. And it was quiet!
We were doing a family meetup and climbing at Rocky Face. It was very convenient for that.
Plenty of places to eat nearby, plus there was a Food Lion nearby as well.
If we come back to the area, we'd pick this place in a heartbeat!
Historic, quaint, and comfortable!
Had a great time with family. Lots of space to spread out. Comfortable, well kept, and relaxing home. Much more charming than a hotel. Thanks!
Comfortable Historic farmhouse!
The house was on beautiful property, and felt like a comfortable, homey, historical property! Loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms, and all the room for our family gathering. The hosts provided all the essentials, even including coffee filters, high chair, and pack and play as well as basic spices. The home decorations were so interesting...A+ property we will definitely rent again!
Great hometown feel
I grew up in the area and used the house to celebrate an Anniversary with friends from out of town. It was perfect as a place for us all to hang out and explore the area around. So glad I found this.
