Los Muertos Beach Front Two Bedroom Two Bath

Bedrooms 2
Space 1,600 sq ft
Property type condo
Minimum Stay 5 - 7 nights

About the property

2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6

How would you like to vacation in your own Perfect Piece of Paradise for a week, two weeks, a month? Well, we know exactly where you can find that! Our fantastic 1600 sq. ft. condo is located right on the southern part of the famous Los Muertos Beach in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. One Beach Street Vallarta Condos are in an area known as Old Town and also called Zona Romantica. Sounding pretty good so far, right?

One Beach Street Vallarta is next door to the Tropicana Hotel and just a hundred meters south you'll see the rainbow flags of the famous Blue Chairs Hotel, restaurant and night club. Excellent restaurants, sidewalk cafes and food carts, fantastic shopping areas, various night clubs and bars are all within easy walking distance along the bustling beach or down the quaint cobblestone streets. Or if you prefer you can take the elevator down to the garage where one of the 24 hr. security guards will hail a taxi for you. They're not very expensive and you will love bantering with most of the drivers.

With an unobstructed 180 degree view of the Bay of Banderas you can relax on the L-shaped patio of this ideally located 5th floor corner unit. You can sip margaritas and munch nachos while watching the varied beach activities such as para-sailing, jet-skiing, air-boarding, the Pirate Ship, wandering mariachi bands, the feather clad Aztec dancers, volleyball games, yoga classes and more... all from the comfort of your much envied lofty perch. You might even see barefoot palm tree maintenance men scale the palms that are parallel to your balcony. All human activity seems to freeze when breathtaking displays of breaching whales and frolicking dolphins come close to the shore to entertain you with their antics. And at night you will "ooooh" and "aaaah" at fantastic fireworks displays all around the bay. Want to get in on some fun activities yourself? Great! Take the elevator down to the garage and walk out onto the beach to find new adventures from beach vendors or kiosks along the Malecon or check with the helpful people at the front desk.

Because the patio is surrounded by wrought iron railing rather than a solid wall you can see the bay from the living area. Many units do not have the railing so we feel quite privileged to offer this "extra" luxury. Between the living area and the kitchen is a big round glass table that accommodates 4 people very comfortably. There are also 2 small plastic stools at the counter where the kids (or adults that draw the short straws) can eat. For those that prefer "al fresco" dining, fill your plate and head to the patio where you can eat at an intimate table for two.

Not that you're likely to spend much time indoors but when you are inside we think you will appreciate the open living/dining/kitchen area that lets you enjoy these same amazing views. With large windows and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors opening on both sides of the wrap-around patio you never have to miss a single thing!!! With all that going on you might not even notice that the living room also has a flat screen TV, newly re-covered queen size sofa/ pull out bed (for those less fussy about their sleeping arrangements) and a love seat. The chest coffee table and end table were recently refinished by hand in a rich, deep, red mahogany as are all wood furniture pieces in the condo.

In the roomy kitchen you can whip up a nice home-cooked meal, try your hand at some Mexican delicacies or just reheat what's in the doggie bag from your favorite PV restaurant. The large kitchen is conveniently equipped with everything you'll need...full size refrigerator/freezer, 4 burner stove, oven, dish washer, blender, toaster and a new microwave. There are many cabinets filled with lots of glassware, dishes, cookware and serving dishes. In the drawers you'll find cooking utensils, silverware, cheese grater, citrus squeezer...well, you get the idea. And a really big BONUS.....behind the double folding doors you will find a stacked washer and dryer!

The master bedroom is huge! A full day of beach activities and sightseeing...or maybe just sampling every margarita flavor you can find...will have you looking forward to a good nights’ rest in the king size bed. But before you retire you might like to step out the sliding doors onto your own small private patio and get one last nighttime glimpse of the sea, the beach and the stars. In the morning the big wall mirror and a vanity table are perfect for primping or checking the progress of your tan. The night stands on either side of the bed are a great place to store your reading material or other personal items.

The very spacious walk-through master closet is conveniently located between the master bedroom and the master bathroom. This closet provides tons of hanging space (about 15 linear feet!!!), 3 large drawers and about a dozen shelves... so pack as many outfits, hats, swim suits and sandals as you want! There is also a small safe in the master closet to securely store your travel documents, extra cash and better jewelry. The key to it will be provided at the front desk when you check in.

The large master bathroom has a massive marble combination tub/shower that may inspire you to save water by bathing or showering together. The single sink is surrounded by plenty of counter space for your lotions and potions and has a huge mirror above it for primping and shaving. And of course there's a toilet too.

The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, one night stand, a mirror and a vanity and the closet has enough hanging space, drawers and shelves to stash everything your kids or other traveling companions might need. They will also have their own bathroom that has a shower, pedestal sink and toilet facilities as well as a cabinet to store all their toiletries.

There are no extra fees for scheduled housekeeping service and on-site maintenance services are available by calling the front desk. (Please don't forget to tip these hard working people!) English is spoken by many of the staff at OBSV and they are so friendly and helpful they will feel like family in a short time.

Wi-Fi is available in case you want to handle personal correspondence, take care of a little business or just brag to the folks at home about what a wonderful time you are having in PV.

Get out of the city and live a little too. Other excursions that might interest you are the PV Zoo, zip lining, boat tours, dinner cruises...your choices are unlimited!

PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow smoking inside our condo. If you smoke you must do so outside on the balcony with the slider closed so smoke does not enter the condo.

Fantastic experience!

This is a well-maintained, clean condo in a fabulous location with great views. Cross one street to the beach, walk to all kinds of restaurants and shops in old town PV. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place in a Great location!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay in paradise. The view when you first enter the condo is breath taking! The ocean breeze fills the condo and it is a little piece of heaven. We were only steps from the beach and many shops and restaurants. We went parasailing, swimming and had the best street tacos ever! The staff at One Beach Street is wonderful, very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this to anyone, we had so much fun with our kids, definitely a trip to remember!

beach street condo

Condo is great in many ways view fantastic very clean, location great zone two area next to Blue chairs area. First time staying this area. , A few problems big one was the elevator very rarely worked. Condo on 5th floor, this is the building problem not the owners fault. For a eight day stay we had maid service Monday and Wednesday. Not enough towels or wash clothes for 4 people. I would go find a maid and get clean towels on my own. This was our tenth time traveling to Puerto Vallarta so we know how things are, we just say it’s Mexico. Favorite restaurants again The Blue Shrimp, Joe Jacks great great fish . Breakfast Freddy Toucans. Ok if you have never been to P.V. You need to know how to work the beach or pool scene. If your staying at a condo or resort that has a pool get up early and save your lounge chairs and shade umbrellas, if you don’t you maybe out of luck. Same with the beach chairs. If your condo or resort doesn’t have a beach area reserved you may have to pay 100 pesos or more to get a lounge chair. We have a few favorite spots we go but you always have to negotiate a price.

Needs a face lift

  • 3 of 5

The view and location are great, the apartment is very spacious, the service was excellent when we needed help. When we arrived we found out that the elevator had not been working for a while and no one knew when there would be a working elevator again. We went to the gym and none of the exercise machines worked. Our dishwasher didn't work, but we got a new one in a couple of days after reporting it.

We stayed at Larry’s home for what turned out to be a week in paradise. My husband’s 65th birthday was the reason for our vacation and 5 of his closest friends were sitting on the couch when he entered the home. After he oohed and ahhed over the view and how spacious the space was he finally noticed that his pals were quietly seated on the couch. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare beautiful meals and the location was stellar. I understand why the reviews are so wonderful. Perfecto,

Second year in a row we have stayed at this property. Perfect location right on beach. Very nice room with lots of space and great balcony overlooking ocean and beach. Kept doors and windows open 24/7 which was nice. Don't like the steps down into the living room--easy to forget about. Elevator broken entire time we were there--didn't bother us at our age(mid 60's) but lots of older people having troubles. Very secure location with above gates locked and gate below manned by security guard who was very helpful with towels and luggage. Also nice dipping pool but no view except back of saphire bldg. Overall--very nice.
