Our Westwood studio apartment is in the center of Los Angeles. This top floor unit features a cozy full-sized kitchen, open living room, and plenty of sunlight.
An air bed is available for your use. Guests compliment us on how comfy the couch is as well. Fresh sheets and linens will be provided.
Don't miss catching the sunrise on the balcony during your stay. Enjoy breakfast in the quaint dining nook, or venture out to one of the many local coffee shops: Balconi Coffee Company, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, or Edibles Coffee Shop.
Our apartment is located in at the center of Los Angeles, between LAX, the beaches, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and UCLA. It's just 5 miles to Santa Monica, and 2.3 miles to Beverly Hills.
Check out great restaurants in the surrounding area, like Giggles N’ Hugs, Café Chez Marie, Bru’s Counter, and Nik Nik Grill Westwood.
Try out unique area offerings, like Malibu Wine Safaris, Big Pines Zipline Tours, Annenberg Space for Photography, and the Rancho Park Archery Range. Don’t leave town without visiting the Santa Monica Pier.
Although located on an easily accessible street, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. This is a high-end neighborhood, and is very safe to walk around and take a stroll, even at night.
Regarding parking: Parking is abundant on Prosser Ave, as well as Missouri Ave. You'll just have to be aware of the days of street cleaning and not park on that side of the street as you might get a ticket (Thursdays on one side and Fridays on the other). Even so, there are usually plenty of spaces available.
Our apartment is located about a block away from Santa Monica Blvd, which has bus stops, as well as dedicated lanes for biking.

Please keep in mind that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. We travel often and have help managing guest services for our home while we are away.

Thank you in advance for respecting our house rules, they are very important to us. Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you wash any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrived. Wonderful place to stay. Everything about getting there, checking in and out worked smoothly. Quiet area but very close to all the main attractions of LA. I was thrilled to find such a place and would definitely stay there again.
