The spacious open concept living and dining area downstairs is the perfect set up for entertaining family and friends. Top of the line furniture and a fully equipped kitchen await you when you walk in. A dining area and a breakfast bar add convenience and a great space to hang out while cooking for your guests. Kick your feet up while lounging on the comfortable couches after a long day at the beach and throw on a movie on the big flat screen T.V.
No beach home is complete without an outdoor living space. This home does not have just one outdoor space…but two for guests to enjoy. The downstairs patio is equipped with a bistro table and chair set to relax and enjoy an outside dinner. The second floor has a large deck, a big Jacuzzi/hot tub, and patio furniture. This is the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day and take in the gorgeous view.
The 1st floor of this home has 1 bedroom with comfortable Queen bed, Twin Bed and spacious furnishings and one full bath. The master bedroom with King bed and master ensuite bathroom are located on the second floor. Cool colors and modern furniture help guests relax and get a good night’s sleep. The 60' TV is equipped with stereo surround sound and has dual control. You can listen to music on the deck while others can watch TV. It is the perfect set up for groups that like to relax as well as groups that like to entertain.
This home is equipped with everything you need for your stay! From your linens, towels, a washer/dryer, to all your beach gear, all you need is your suitcase and food and you are all set for a fabulous stay! We are excited for you to experience the remarkable Newport Beach area in comfort and style!
The Grocery Store, Restaurants, Bike Shop, Deli, Pizza Parlor and so much more is conveniently located less than a block away. The closest grocery stores are Pavilions, Vons and Malava Beverages LLC. Nearby coffee shops include Al Cappuccino Coffee House, Starbucks and Sambazon Newport Beach. Nearby restaurants include Mario's A Taste of Italy, Atm Alley and Chronic Tacos. 126 41st St is near 38th Street Park, Lido Park and West Newport Park.
Disneyland is only 18 miles away and the best shopping malls are less than 10 minutes!
Parking and Garage Space: We have a parking space for your car in a carport. If you need additional parking, there is a paid lot at the end of the street. There is also street parking in front of the house. The Garage will be accessible but not to park in. It contains the 4 bikes and all the beach equipment (2 umbrellas, 3 boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, ice chests, etc).

•Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.
We had a wonderful month at this cozy paradise. We loved that we were so close to the beach but still had our privacy. The house is fully stocked with everything anyone needs. And the neighborhood has lots of good restaurants to walk to. The beds are very comfortable and it is really quiet for a good night's sleep. We are empty nester's and had some occasional visitors who also loved the house. The management team was delightful to work with. Thanks you for everything!
We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay at this modern, comfortable condo. The hot tub was the best standout feature, but the location next to the supermarket was so convenient, and the bikes and beach gear were huge bonuses! Also the modern furniture and kitchen were wonderful. It was perfect.
We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay here in Newport. This unit was so cute and cozy and just what we were looking for. I loved the walking distance to the ocean. It was very fun to watch the sunset each night from the rooftop spa, that was a first! Very clean, modern and fun. Thanks!
We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay at this modern, comfortable condo. The hottub was the best standout feature, but the location next to the supermarket was so convenient, and the bikes and beach gear were huge bonuses! Also the modern furniture and kitchen were wonderful. The extra cost for damage fee and high cleaning cost from this company are big deterrents however. A couple suggestions for this place would be: chemicals in the hottub sate way too strong, we coul barely breathe when the jets were going. Having a soft lighting lamp in the living room and one by the side of the master bed would have been very nice ( I had to use a flashlight to get up to feed my infant In the middle of the night). But overall it was perfect.
This place is great and all the reviews are correct, BUT I think it should be mentioned there is a VERY STRICT no hot tub after 9pm-10pm policy (I cannot remember if it was 9 or 10, sorry). Like, no putting the kids to bed and sitting in the hot tub...no nothing. It is right next to the neighbors bedroom and the bubbles echo off of the buildings, so even if you are not talking, it is loud. We chose the place based on the hot tub and would have liked to know that you are not allowed to use it after a certain time....it may have changed our mind about renting it. Other than that, a very nice place to rent.
