Located just blocks from the famous Newport Pier, where dining and fishing are at its finest, this beach getaway is the perfect home to soak up everything that southern California beach living is all about! At just a few houses away from the beach AND the bay, this duplex gets the best of both worlds.
What is a beach vacation without an outdoor entertaining space?? This upper unit provides guests with a private deck and a BBQ to enjoy with family and friends on a warm beach evening.
Upon entering the home, you will be welcomed by a large, open-concept living space, hardwood floors, and a newly remodeled kitchen. For added comfort and space for guests, a queen sleeper sofa in the front room is perfect for sleeping or lounging around to watch a movie on the flat screen TV after a long day in the sun. This floor plan, and fully equipped kitchen is the perfect set up for families and groups looking to entertain. The ALOHA STYLE décor will make you feel right at home in this wonderful beach sanctuary.
The large master bedroom has a Cal King bed and ample room for guests to feel at home. The guest room has a twin-over-full bunk along with a twin bed, perfect for families of all sizes. Guests have access to one covered parking space along with laundry facilities shared with the lower unit.
Located in the heart of the Newport Beach Peninsula - with many activities such as surfing, boogie boarding, sailing, power boat rentals, Catalina Island cruises, whale watching tours, parasailing, fun zone rides and arcade, and the World Famous 'Wedge' where some of the biggest body surfing waves in the world – this home has everything that you could want in a southern California beach vacation.
Other attractions within a short drive are Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland and California Adventure Park, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, Spruce Goose, and many more.

The upper units furnishings and kitchen are updated and nice. Everything was clean and in place when we arrived. There were some nice extras like boogie boards and sand toys with the home. Over all the home was a very nice place to stay. Lots of drink cups for just about every drink imaginable. Was very convenient to the beach. Was nice to not have to cross any major roads with our kids to get to the beach.
We rented the upper unit for spring vacation. It fit all 7 of us comfortably. The unit was just renovated. The ocean/marine décor adds a bit of unique fun to the experience. The ceiling is constructed with finished wood beams that compliment the beautiful new wood flooring. The management team was very accommodating and great to work with. They were quick to resolve any issues we had with the unit and suggested several things to do. The duplex is located very near the beach and not having to worry about children crossing a busy street was a plus. Beach things provided for the use of renters include boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys for the kids. Newport Beach Pier, a grocery store, Santo's Tacos, and a Gelato store are among the many, many places within walking distance from the unit. From the pier, we saw a couple of juvenile whales playing fairly close to the shore as well as a few Sea Lions swimming around the end of the pier. All great experiences for families.
This unit really had everything we were expecting. Walked in to a clean home, and were able to relax just like we wanted. Unit has its own parking space, which saved us since parking is very crowded near the beach. My family agrees that the best part was being able to walk to the beach in about 1 minute! Very relaxing, very fun getaway, Thank You.
