Located just blocks from the famous Newport Pier, where dining and fishing are at its finest, this beach getaway is the perfect home to soak up everything that southern California beach living is all about! At just a few houses away from the beach AND the bay, this duplex gets the best of both worlds.
One of best parts about beach living is having an outdoor living and dining space to enjoy your surroundings. This lower unit has a spacious outdoor patio with a brand new covered barbecue island, accompanied by bar stools…the perfect spot to entertain family and friends on a beautiful sunny day. Ample seating provides room for all guests to enjoy the outdoors.
Upon entering the home, you will be welcomed by a large, open-concept living space including a cozy fireplace for when the sun goes down, comfortable furnishings, a dining space, and access to the fully equipped kitchen. The ALOHA STYLE décor and beautiful wood-beamed ceilings will make sure that you feel right at home in this wonderful beach sanctuary. Kick back and relax after a long day on the beach while you watch a movie on the flat screen TV.
The master bedroom has a Cal King bed and ample room for guests to feel at home. The guest room has a full-over-full bunk bed that is perfect for all ages. The front room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa that adds convenience and space for groups with multiple people. Guests have access to one covered parking space along with laundry facilities shared with the upper unit.
Located in the heart of the Newport Beach Peninsula - with many activities such as surfing, boogie boarding, sailing, power boat rentals, Catalina Island cruises, whale watching tours, parasailing, fun zone rides and arcade, and the World Famous 'Wedge' where some of the biggest body surfing waves in the world – this home has everything that you could want in a southern California beach vacation.
Other attractions within a short drive are Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland and California Adventure Park, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, Spruce Goose, and many more.

This is the second year that we have rented this unit w/ my son & daughter & their families. It is a perfect set up for us. And we love the patio! It is a great spot to entertain & we ate dinner outside all the time. The kitchen is stocked w everything you would need. The location is great & is within walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and the market. You never really need to get in your car. Also it was nice to have a parking space. Management team was very accommodating and made sure that everything was just right for us. The kids can't wait to come back next year so we have already booked it!!
We spent 2 weeks here in July 2016. Our favorite aspect was the Tiki Patio...we had many family dinners on the patio and some really good memories. The management team was very nice and quick to respond to a water heater issue. Although it is a little rustic, it looks as though the management company is continually improving the property. It was the perfect distance to the beach on a nice quiet street and within walking distance of so many good restaurants and stores. We would stay again in a heartbeat.
It was an adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a queen sleeper sofa that slept all 7 of us with ease. The management team was very accommodating with everything. Our children loved the sand toys and boogie boards that were available at the rental. The beach is only about 7 houses away, and super easy to make with children, toys, boards and such. It was great having a parking spot in the garage. It was exactly as pictured and just what we were hoping for. We loved it and can't wait to go back. We would definitely recommend this rental property to others.

Loved the rustic cottage-feel this rental provided. We were not looking for super fancy, we just wanted to be near the beach, and this place was perfect for us. We could stroll to the beach whenever we felt like it, and were able to just cruise into town on our bikes for all of the restaurants and shops. Really couldn’t ask for anything more, had a fantastic vacation!
