About Owner/ Manager

We are a family of fun-loving Puerto Ricans. Having grown up in a beautiful, tropical island, we need to be close to the water. Our house in Clarkston is our oasis from our very fulfilling and stressful jobs. It is our "little piece of heaven".

Owner/ Manager purchased this house in 2007

Why Owner/ Manager chose Southeast Washington

Beautiful outdoor views. Hells Gate State Park view from the house.

Nearby winter activities include cross country skiing and tubing at Field Springs. About a 30 minute drive.

River access and a 20+ mile walk/bike path across the street from the house. Boat dock less than a mile away.

What makes this house unique

On city outskirts and near many outdoor recreation activities. Boating, fishing, hunting, wildlife viewing, ORV, and many more.

35 miles to Pullman, WA home of Washington State University. A 45 minute drive.

We enjoyed our stay& have already told many of your place. Thank you for inviting us back & we will come back when we can. We would like to suggest a few things for added comfort: A note next to the Thermostat on how to set it, Wastebaskets in the bedrooms and in the Lg. bedroom 1 or 2 suitcase racks, and another nightstand. Thank you again.

Just Right

  • 4 of 5

The property, while being an older home, is comfortable and just the right distance from Asotin as well Clarkston. Everything was as advertised and there were no issues. The view is very pleasant, just be ready for highway noise if you are on the deck overlooking the river, not unpleasant just noticeable. Inside is quiet. Overall a good experience.

Great location and view.

If staying in Lewiston, I'd recommend this house over going to a hotel. It's located in a beautiful place and easy access all around. It had everyone we needed.

Fine for what we wanted

  • 4 of 5

This is not a glamorous place and is located on a busy street. There are not many VRBO options in the Clarkston/Lewiston area. If you are looking for information about the area, such as activities, restaurants, etc., you will not find it. There was no welcome information or brochures. It is a basic house and served its purpose. The owner was responsive to our call when the Internet access was down.

Gem on the Snake River

  • 5 of 5

We were heading to Clarkston, WA for a wedding and were unfamiliar with the area. With two adults and a (fabulous) dog, we thought we'd check VRBO, and got SO lucky with this amazing place! Well-suited for the whole family, with a fully fenced yard and absolutely breath-taking views of the Snake River, we couldn't have been more pleased. The house is two levels, with a fully-functioning kitchen, comfortable furniture, air-conditioning (this was REALLY important the weekend we were there!) and a lovely sun porch to spend a bit of time on a cool morning, taking in the view. I was a bit put-off by the busy road at first, but it really wasn't an issue over-all. We were minutes from town and close to several parks to walk and enjoy the outdoors. Should we need to visit Clarkston/Lewiston again, this will be our rental of choice!
