About Stephanie Greiner
My husband, Calvin, and I both grew up in Lancaster County and we have a deep love for the land. My husband was a farmer until his late 20's at which time he went into the ministry and we pursued missionary work in Nigeria. We have raised 5 children and have 8 grandchildren. My husband owns a hard wood flooring business and I am a licensed massage therapist, health coach and author. Our home is built on one of the family farms and we love to share our beautiful gardens with friends and visitors. The flower gardens and turtle resort are my husband's passion and it shows!
Stephanie Greiner purchased this Apartment in 2003
Why Stephanie Greiner chose Manheim
Our beautiful home is hidden away in the midst of the fertile Lancaster County farmland. We are only 5 minutes from the nearest town, but we live in a secluded, quiet neighborhood with only one other house nearby. Since we are now "Empty Nesters" we wanted to share our homey space with others who can appreciate being surrounded by nature and beauty
What makes this Apartment unique
Whether we're sitting on the back deck watching the turtles bathing in the sun, listening to the gently waterfall, relaxing in the rejuvenating hot tub or gazing out over the fertile fields, our property is truly a haven of beauty and peace. Many people have commented on how peaceful they feel in our home and while wandering the grounds which are peppered with busy bird houses, flowers and bushes.

Clean and spacious, beautiful country setting
We enjoyed our time here. The apartment was very spacious and immaculate. The kitchen and dining area were well-stocked and had everything we needed to eat in. I appreciated that the linens were included, and that even included beach towels and robes for hot tub use. Stephanie provided clear instructions and great communication.
Our group was three adults enjoying a ladies weekend. We found the outdoor space delightful and enjoyed the hot tub each night. Although this is a basement unit, it didn't really feel like a basement when you were inside-- high ceilings, no musty basement smell, etc. The only time it felt like a basement was when you were entering and leaving.
There is a market very close down the road that we were able to walk to and get some items for our meals. The prices were very good! The country setting and views from the home were beautiful as well. We enjoyed seeing cute goats on our ride in.
We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful apartment! Stephanie and Calvin are lovely people who greeted us and made us feel instantly welcome. The apartment was lovely, very, very clean, quiet, and relaxing. The queen bed was so comfortable that I couldn't wait to snuggle into it at night. The view from the family room was particularly lovely when the sun was coming up in the morning. The family room is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to relax in comfort. We definitely recommend this as a great place to stay and will be staying here the next time we are in the area.
Spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated place in Manheim, PA
It was centrally located for all attractions from Hershey to Lancaster. Calvin and Stephanie made us feel very welcome. It was quiet and relaxing. We would recommend this place to everyone.
The owners were so accommodating! They allowed us to drive around to the door. They allowed us a lot of privacy. Perfect stay! So comfortable & clean & home like! Thanks so much Calvin & Stephanie!
This downstairs apartment was amazing! Stephanie was a wonderful hostess and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s very well-stocked and surprisingly quiet for being an apartment underneath their house. We would stay here again without reservation.
We had a great stay. This was a "girls' weekend". 4 ladies away from their families for the weekend. We just relaxed and hung out. Plenty of room to sleep. Nice kitchen. Great hot tub! Looking to stay there again.
PA Renaissance Faire is 5 minutes north. We are 20 minutes from Historic Downtown Lancaster, Amish Country, and Rockvale Outlets. We are 30 minutes from Sight and Sound Theater, Hershey Park, The Giant Center, Hershey Zoo and Harrisburg.
