House Features
• House in quiet street in Alto da Brava, just 900 meters walk from Rua das Pedras and Orla Bardot, and near the beaches: Brava, Forno, Ossos, and João Fernandes. It is surrounded by ecological reserve areas.
• The house has four large and comfortable suites, with split air conditioning, among them a master suite of 50m², with small terrace. Bathroom water is solar powered with boiler support when weather warms.
• The house comfortably holds 10 adults and has enough space to accommodate children.
• The center of the house consists of a large, airy environment surrounded by glass doors. It includes a large living and dining room (95m² together) and an American kitchen. This space has direct exits to a terrace, the garden and a deck with panoramic views.
• The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner stove, high oven, microwave and powerful extractor fan..
• Downstairs is a 60m² library with 55 inch TV, stereo and DVD. It has a small adjoining gallery and piano. Internet access is via Wi-Fi.
• It has a pool Eleven meters long and two and a half wide, one and a half deep, barbecue, with table for 10 people, outdoor shower and bathroom that serves the pool area. It has a garden on two levels, a green area by the pool, and a higher area with gazebo.
• Indoor parking for two cars and in front of the house in quiet street.

The house has alarm system and security service by service provider.
