This very spacious entire 2-bedroom (with high quality mattress), 2 bathroom apartment with large living room, dining area and kitchen is newly renovated with unique furnishings and decor. It includes WIFI Internet, cable TV, Playstation PS3, Universal Multi Plug Adapter US / AUS / EU to UK 5 pin, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and automatic central heating. This is a self-contained private apartment with no shared facilities. Just minutes away from London’s most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London.

Located in a very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood in Central London- Zone 1, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, local supermarkets and ATMs. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

The large L-shaped sofa converts to a double guest bed, and additional guest beds are provided for extra guests or those wanting to sleep alone. PlayStation PS3 console with selection of games, and 2 controllers. You are welcome to bring your own games for PS3 too.

Making meals is easy with the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. There’s the dinner table with chairs in the pictures, and also new extra funky stools for more guests. Enjoy a morning coffee from our coffee press. A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry.

The two bedrooms are facing a peaceful street, no noise guaranteed, complete silence.

The en-suite master bedroom with its own bathroom hosts a KING-SIZE bed fitted with comfortable mattress, down pillows, and bedding. Blackout curtains will ensure a peaceful nights rest. The guest bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has also it access to a modern bathroom.

Very cosy, comfortable 2-bedroom apartment

The apartment was lovely, very Olde England! Even nicer than the pictures! I was there with 2 teen aged grandsons and we all enjoyed it. The kitchen was furnished with everything one would need. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Customer service was perfect before we arrived and while we were there. We were in walking distance of 3 underground stations with several tube lines and in zone 1. I would most definitely recommend this apartment and stay there again.

clean, roomy, bright, comfortable

After we had arrived in the UK the owner emailed us that this property was no longer available due to construction and offered us a different one, property number 6495636. We took it because we had already paid and did not have time to look around. This is a review of the apartment where we actually ended up, which turned out to be very nice. It was in a different part of town and a little further from the tube station, but was clean, comfortable, roomy, and bright. There are nice restaurants and stores and a tube station station at a large shopping mall about a 10 minutes walk away. There is a big grocery store there, and lots of upscale stores like Versace, Luis Vitton, Tiffany's, etc. Portobello Rd., with its many nice shops and outdoor market is about a 20-25 minute walk. Be aware that if you arrive late, there is a 15 pound per hour late charge, so be on time!

Lovely stay

This was the perfect place for our stay in London! Ideally located in the center of the city. Bob was very hospitable and helpful. This was our first time in London and his team gave us all sorts of tips to make our stay a great one – from helping us rent a taxi to the flat, to shortest routes for sightseeing. The apartment is well equipped and quite spacious, but according to the London standard. The bed made the difference for sure! It was ideal for rest after a day of walking downtown. The building is secure and with plenty of dining places around, and the Culperer downstaris. We surely enjoyed our stay!

Cozy stay

A nice, cozy, and clean flat with modern decoration. The location was super central and you won’t miss a thing in the neighborhood. There are many nice bars, restaurants for all tastes. Gets a bit loud in the evening but not too much. The space was very good for our family with teenagers. The host is really friendly and also knows some excellent places in London. He definitely made our stay a lot better! We needed an extra plug-in adapter and he advised us promptly from where to buy it. Today we just got refunded for it - very friendly attitude! Can only recommend this place.

Great flat and location! Would love to stay again!

Everything was as described. Location was central and convenient to Tube station. The only thing that was a slight issue was that the building next door was under construction, so the only entrance was through the alley. But that was a minor issue and we would happily stay again.

If you cancel one month prior your arrival we ll refund you 50% of your booking. If you cancel less than 10 days prior your arrival there is no refund. However we are very flexible,and try to help our guests as much as we can. If you have to cancel for unforeseen reasons and let us know more than a week in advance we ll try to get a new booking and refund you as much as we can.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
