Recently my wife and I moved to the suburbs and were in the process of putting this property on the market for rent. Coincidently a friend of ours and his wife were visiting from out of town and had booked their stay through another service, but their host canceled at the last minute. Since our apartment wasn't rented yet we offered to let them stay in our apartment and they absolutely loved it. They raved about it's location and how nice it was inside. They told us about HomeAway and how we must list our place on there as visitors to Washington DC would absolutely love staying there. And so here we are. Hope you like staying there as much as they did!
Ehab purchased this Apartment in 1996

Perfect Location for DC!
The property could not be better situated for visiting Washington, DC. No car needed! Short walk to the subway, morning coffee and uber/lyft services within 1 minute. The accommodations were clean and well-appointed for our family's visit to DC for a wedding nearby at the St. Regis Hotel and for visiting family in the Arlington area as well. We enjoyed our stay!
Great location to DC for sight seeing , very nice area for dining.
Great property ,pictures are what you see , very well kept and clean. Owner was great and easy to contact. Trader Joes was a plus nearby.
We enjoyed or stay in Georgetown. The house was in great condition and had a super location. Not far from the Metro, grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms comfortable . Thanks for letting us use your home.

Cute house in great location. We walked to Georgetown waterfront(beautiful and great people watching), a few restaurants (favorite was Peacock Cafe), Georgetown Cupcakes (overrated) and indoor bocce place and bar - Pinstripes (super fun).
DC in May
We had a wonderful trip in DC even though the weather was mostly rainy. The location of the rental is a block away from Trader Joe's, which we utilized for groceries to make breakfast and dinner a few times. It is also within walking distance to the Foggy Bottom metro train. This is the only form of transportation we used on this trip.
The accommodations were perfect for 4 adults (2 couples). The kitchen had everything we needed when we cooked. There was adequate space for relaxing in the evenings after full days of sightseeing. We would definitely choose this rental again when we travel to the DC area!
Great Place to Stay in DC
The property was great and worked well for our group of three. We had close access to Georgetown and the National Mall/Museums. Ehab was a great host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the space allowed for privacy between the bedrooms if you need it. I would definitely stay here again when visiting DC.
Large 2 Level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Duplex located in West End/Foggy Bottom/Dupont Circle area. Very nicely furnished and equipped.
Restaurants, shops, sight seeing & entertainment of Foggy Bottom, Dupont Circle, Georgetown and Downtown DC are outside your front door.
Across the street Trader Joe's grocery, 10 minute walk to Whole Foods, 5 minute walk to Metro.
The best thing about this accommodation aside from it's many comfortable amenities is its 5 Star location. It is sandwiched between the best luxury hotels in the world including The Ritz Carlton, The Park Hyatt, The Fairmont, and The Four Seasons Hotel. They are all steps away. And if they're there you know it's the best address in DC. You just don't have to pay the very high per night rate :0
If you are sightseeing or visiting George Washington University or Georgetown University with the kids...it's an awesome location. They are both so close.
Hail a cab from your front door.
Walk to Georgetown, Dupont Circle, the Monuments, George Washington University, Foggy Bottom Metro and More.
