This property is located in Las Olas which is the most strategic and beautiful areas of Fort Lauderdale. Close to the beach, across the Galleria Mall, steps away from many top restaurants, public ( local supermarket), Starbucks, and many other popular trendy places. What I found to be amazing and unique with this property is the spectacular waterways of Fort Lauderdale: the yachting capital of the world.

It is steps from classy bars & lounges, high-end restaurants, tennis courts and relatively close to one of America's biggest malls (Sawgrass Mills Mall) where you find everything from discounted brands to great restaurants and family entertainment.
