Why Marjorie Bennett chose Princeville
The complex holds the true reflection of what it is like to live in Princeville: well landscaped, great proximity to beaches, shopping center, relaxation and mountains. The unit is new and clean with a great floor plan.

The condo is perfectly kept & equipped. It was so comfortable, spacious and welcoming. The chocolates, cookies & nuts were a pleasant surprise & just one of the extra touches that were very appreciated. The owner has elegantly decorated & fully supplied all that was necessary & more. We enjoyed all of our meals when "home" on the lanai, listening to the birds. We made frequent use of the pool & hot tub. Having the garage, the laundry room, the spacious bathroom & all the living spaces was special. A perfect vacation getaway!
We recently spent 15 nights in this condo and we weren’t disappointed. The pictures don’t do it justice. The unit had everything we needed and more right down to a teapot for us non-coffee drinkers!
Princeville is a great place, very small and peaceful yet has lots of dinning and shopping options nearby.
Marjorie was a pleasure to deal with, had terrific instructions for the complex and suggestions for the surrounding area. She also provided delicious welcome treats. Getting the opportunity to meet her was an added bonus. 😊. We would recommend this unit to anyone considering it. We would love to stay in this condo again on our next visit to Kauai.
Beautiful accommodations in a excellent location.
Loved the spacious condo and community it was located in. Peaceful though plenty of families and children around. Close to lots of incredible beaches and hiking trails and spectacular views of the mountains. We traveled to the South Shore for some activities but spent the bulk of our time on the North Shore.
Lovely town home, lovely owner
We had a short 5 nights on Kauai, after staying a week on Oahu with my husbands family. Margie's town home at Nihilani in Princeville is really lovely. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and felt fresh/new. One of the primary things we look for when choosing a place to stay at, is that it has hardwood or laminate flooring in all the common areas; it just feels cleaner & fresher to us than carpet. The bedroom carpet is newer & very clean. The master bed was very comfortable, the sheets were nice. The master bathroom tub & shower are luxurious. There were extra towels available if needed including plush beach towels, plenty of hand soap, shampoo/conditioner and paper products. We ate breakfast in each morning and made a quick soup one night; the kitchen had everything we needed. The patio area is so pretty, with a view of lush tropical plants. We liked being able to park in the garage. We appreciated that Margie had set out a few Christmas decorations & lights for our December stay. It was nice to have some holiday cheer. And she left us a box of Hawaiian chocolates and macadamia nuts for our arrival... very nice. Princeville is a gorgeous upscale community, close to Hanalei. Fun shopping in Hanalei; my favorite shop is Ohana with locally handmade jewelry. We loved the little health food store there in Hanalei too. We had the best tacos at Hanalei Beach at Pats Taqueria, which is a food truck; the carne asada tacos were amazing. Hanalei Beach is our favorite beach, a beautiful beach to take a long walk and watch the surfers & paddlers. We went to Banana Joe's Fruitstand a few times for their delicious pineapple/banana frostie. We also tried Fehring Family Fruitstand frostie (a little more off the beaten path) and it was super good too. Fehring's pineapple/banana frostie came with the option of toppings such as chocolate nibs, nuts, fruit and local honey... YUM. Kauai is a magical place and we loved our time there. We cant wait for our next visit to the islands. Margie was wonderful all the way through; professional with class, very kind and attentive when we reached out to her. Thank you Margie! Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to you!
The pictures don't do this place justice
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Marjorie's home. The place was more spacious and elegant than we had expected and was very well equipped. The snorkeling gear and beach chairs really came in handy and the garage was also useful. We went to the pool quite a few times and really enjoyed it. Marjorie was a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you for a perfect vacation!
My family and I stayed at this place for nine days and loved it! Very clean, quiet and well equipped. Grilled by the pool many nights, ate all our meals on the lanai. Used the beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers. The area is breathtaking! I would love to go back some day, the sooner the better.
