Modern fully air conditioned villa offering spacious accommodation and only a 3 minute walk to the beach front promenade in Fuengirola,, which offers numerous,restaurants,bars,cafes, supermarkets and shops.
Recently built to a high standard this modern villa has a private pool and garden area, 4 double bedrooms (2 at ground level and 2 upstairs), 4 bathrooms , independent kitchen, 2 totally separate lounge areas both with independent sat t.v.(upstairs lounge with 2 double sofa beds)Several private terraces. Wooden summer house with pool table. Poolside changing room with w.c and shower facilities.Local train station 5 min walk from villa, this excellent local train shuttles between Malaga and Fuengirola stopping at the airport and other coastal locations,it's a reliable and inexpensive way to explore the coast.From Malaga station there are high speed trains to Madrid and to other of Spain's beautiful and historic cities.

cancellations: If you cancel after the deposit has been paid- the deposit will be non refundable, except where we are able to re-book for the same period. In such case the deposit will be refunded less a re-booking charge of € 300.

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. We were a total of 8 people, with 4 adults and 4 kids between 3-7 years of age.
The villa was really nice and well kept, the location was amazing with only a few minutes walk to the beach and shops/restaurants, and the owners were absolutely fantastic; Andy and Dixie helped us with every need we had, and the place was kept in a very good condition.
I would absolutely recommend this villa to everyone who is looking for a very nice place in a good location; take this and you will not regret.

Stayed for a week in June 2013. 4 Adults and 2 kids (3yrs and 11 months). The villa was impressive with plenty of space and well equipped. The villa was clean and tidy and Andy looked after us well. I would recommend this villa.
I recently stayed at this villa with my family , ages ranging from 22 months to 63 yrs.
The villa is perfectly located less than 3 min walk from the beach and train/bus stop.
The villa offers everything for the person who enjoys a home away from home experience . The rental was modern, spotlessly clean and very spacious. The outdoor area was the biggest bonus, where we enjoyed several bbq's and many lazy days lounging by the beautiful pool. This is our fouth year travelling to the area and staying at different property's but this villa was by far the best, i couldnt reccomend it highly enough. The owners were very very helpful and super efficent in dealing with our queries. We will definatley be rebooking this villa next year - thank s for an amazing holiday, Sinead and family x

No problems locating villa when we arrived and there was somebody waiting at villa for our arrival to show us round.
There is a train track next to villa but after first day we soon forgot it exsisted.
Our party consisted of 4 adults, 5 kids and 2 babies and the villa had plenty of space for both families - with lots of bathrooms and even an outdoor bathroom with shower. We stayed for 10 days and felt very safe, the security gates gave us extra peace of mind with the kids.
The villa had everything we needed - the kitchen was well equipped and the gas barbecue was used most days! Every room was air conditioned and had blackout shutters on each door/window - very secure. The kids spents the majority of the time in the pool and there were plenty of toys for them to play with already there.
As previous reviewer has written it is a 'home from home' - you have all the facilities you need and the layout worked very well for us. Andy came most mornings and checked the pool levels and was very helpful with everything we needed.
The villa is within walking distance of the local supermarket (5 mins), train station and beach. The area is very quiet and if you wanted to travel into Fuengirola it's just a short train trip. We took the kids to the waterpark in Fuengirola one afternoon which was good fun. There were plenty of restaurants and small shops on the promenade in Torra Blanca and it seemed to attract lots of families with young children.
We would recommend that you order a welcome basket with essentials for arrival (we didn't) which would save a trip to the shop and let you get settled in especially if travelling with young children.
All in all everyone enjoyed their stay at this villa and we would recommend it to anyone thinking of booking.

The villa had a great layout with lounges and bedrooms on both floors.
The location was also ideal being not far from the beach and the train station.
Everything in the villa was in working order and well maintained.

This beautiful modern villa is in Toreblanca, Fuengirola, Costa del Sol, a family orientated resort in the Costa del sol .Malaga airport is just 25 mins away, The villa is only 300 metres walking distance to the beach and the promenade of Fuengirola which stretches for 8 Km and offers a variety of international restaurants, bars,cafes, shops,banks, supermarkets and many other amenities. Fuengirola is home to a fantastic modern zoo which is ranked amongst the best in the world .There's also a Water Theme Park which is great fun for all the family.Fuengirola also has excellent shopping facilities including the Myramar shopping centre which has a multiple screen cinema showing films in English. There are numerous restaurants,bars and cafes with outdoor terraces to enjoy the warm days and evenings as well as the famous 'chiringuitos' which are the local cafe/restaurants located directly on the beach.You will find everything you need for a great holiday in a truly international resort.
Golf: There are more than 60 golf courses in the Costa del Sol stretching from Sotogrande to Antequera.
For those who are used to playing golf in the cold and wet of a northern European country a round of golf in the winter here will be a real luxury.
There are Costa del Sol golf courses to suit all levels of players and they are set in some beautiful surroundings, many with views of the sea and mountain.
Ski: Sierra Nevada is approximately 2 hours rom this location and is known to have snow up to the first week in may. This mostly undiscovered ski resort is known for skiing in the morning and sunbathing on the beach in the afternoon.
We regularly drive up to Sierra Nevada ski resort during the winter months. It is approx a 2 hour drive so you can be on the slopes easily by 10am! We can offer advice on the resort and information about lift passes and hire etc.. please ask on arrival.
