My husband and I stayed here last year, Sept 2015. We loved it! We are looking to book again for 2017. We love Azure!
Upon arrival at 319 when door opened smelled nothing but smoke. After entering the room it was obvious that the cleaning crew were unable to complete the task at hand as there was sand all over the floor and counter tops. Carpets had trash on them wall outlets missing covers and said cover just laying in the middle of the room. Carpets are disgusting and they need to be replaced. The bar stools had what looked like a combination of spaghetti and gravy stains throughout the walls under the bar were just as bad which I ended up cleaning some just so it wasn't so disgusting during our stay. Shelves were broken in the refrigerator. Don't plan on cooking for more than a couple people at at time as the cookware is very minimal. Remotes did not have batteries which you're welcome I replaced some of them. Jacuzzi tub doesn't work until you find the breaker panel then it's on constantly so you'll need someone close by to shut it off when you're done. Toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall. The owners and management team must not ever visit the unit and the cleaning team should be fired for the condition the room was in when we arrived. For the amount of money I paid for the cleaning fee I shouldn't have had to clean when I first walked in. I've stayed at Azure numerous time and this unit does not live up to the rest of the resort. Will never stay at 319 again. Unit needs desperate attention
