2 BR/2BA Sunny Lakeside 1st Floor Condo With 2 Pools/Hot Tub/Tennis/Basketball

Sunny completely remodeled 2 bedroom 2 full baths located in Paradise. This corner ground floor unit is located on the lake and offers plenty of room for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and the new furnishing will make you feel right at home. The master suite with new pillow top bed has a private bath and huge walk in closet. Sip cocktails from your private screened lanai and watch the sunset or enjoy many of the amenities offered at Shorewalk. The tropical resort like grounds has everything you need to relax or play! There are 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 lighted tennis courts, 1 basketball court, a playground, shuffleboard, boccie ball, catch and release fishing in several of our ponds, and a club house with a pool table and ping pong. The condo is perfectly located only minutes from the white sandy beaches of Anna Marie Island. Bradenton has wonderful restaurants, pubs, shopping, hospitals, golfing, day spas, movies and bowling. There are even many supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. If you're looking for more excitement we are perfectly located in the middle of two exciting cities Sarasota and Tampa. Both of these cities offer concerts, dancing, plays, fine dining, shopping, and of course Tampa's Hard Rock Casino ! For the more adventurous try fishing from many of our local fishing piers or rent your own boat and cruise the clear blue waters in search of manatee and dolphins.

Sarasota-Bradenton Airport is about 20 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is about 45 minutes away.

About Dawn & Brian Connolly

My husband and I were born and raised on Long Island New York and had never been to the West coast of Florida. Five years ago we visited Bradenton for a wedding and we fell in love with the beaches, blue waters and sunshine. Two years later we packed up and moved to paradise! We bought a house in Bradenton and I now can say we are truly living the dream!

Since we loved it here so much we wanted to invest in a rental unit. When one became available in the same condo complex that we stayed in when we visited Bradenton many years earlier we jumped on the opportunity. We now hope to have our guest enjoy Shorewalks and Bradenton as much as we do!

What makes this condo unique

Anna Maria Island is a quaint Barrier Island nestled in the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful turquoise waters and white sandy beaches are the main attraction here. It is a place where "old" Florida charm can still be found, flip flops are a way of life and the speed limit never exceeds 35mph. High rise condos and fast food restaurants are pleasantly absent from our pristine "get away from it all" island. Our accommodations and restaurants offer something for everyone

Beautiful Relaxing Getaway!

Our family loved everything about this updated condo supplied with many items including coffee maker, toaster, beach chairs and towels and a full set of nice dishes - everything you could need. The location was walking distance to Publix and restaurants but in a quiet safe area with nice amenities (2 pools, tennis courts, hot tub). Quick drive to beaches. Very very clean - highly recommended by a picky family!!! We especially loved the book of ideas of things to do - loved Mar Vista Restaurant!!

Great condo, great location

Was very pleased with how clean, and nicely decorated it was. Loved the location, as it was close to most everything one would need. Minutes to the beach, but the pool was a nice alternative as well. Loved sitting on the lanai while the fountain was on. Would definately stay here again as well as recommend it to my friends.

I stayed while visiting friends I loved the Condo better then in pictures. Supper clean I could not have decorated any nicer then it is.Very relaxing at poolside and near everything . I will be staying again and have recommended to friends and family.

Perfect in every way

The condo was very clean and I loved the way it was decorated. I especially loved being at the pool and and reading a book in the tropical quit atmosphere. The condo is located just minutes from one of the worlds most beautiful beach, I'm already looking forward to coming back. I had an unforgettable time and I absolutely would recommend this condo.

RENTAL RULES -Smoking is allowed outside only. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit of 6 people. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Pets are NOT allowed.
Parking: no commercial vehicles, trailers, RV, or boats.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the dumpster in the parking lot. Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection.
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
100 % if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date and ONLY if the condo is rented.
50 % if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date and ONLY if the condo is rented.
Payment: Acceptable payment methods are personal check or credit card. (Credit card payment may require a 2.9% fee). A Certified check is required if it less than 14 days prior to rental.
