This spacious and tastefully decorated condo features new wood flooring throughout an already inviting open floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a stylish dining table for 4 and a comfy living area sporting a huge flat screen television. This is second of course to enjoying the incredible backdrop of the pristine Gulf of Mexico from your own private balcony. While only a one bedroom, there is more than enough room for the occasional guest with a pull out sofa bed and extra full bath. The luxurious master suite overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is laden with the creature comforts of home with a king size bed, flat screen television and delightful reading chair. The master bath is generous in size with dual sinks an oversized separate tub and walk in shower. There is also a huge walk in closet in the master, a feature quite uncommon to your average vacation rental. For your added convenience there is a washer and dryer, cable, WI fi and unlimited use of 4 beach bikes and a variety of beach toys.

The Crescent Beach Club Condominiums is a nonsmoking facility. Guest may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.
Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. Likewise, some cities, towns or counties have ordinances or regulations requiring minimum terms or periods for vacation rentals. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of TeemingVR.

Every time I stay here, it gets more difficult to leave. The condo is nicely decorated with a beach theme that is not overpowering. Even though the beach is not private, you feel that you own it. The views from the balcony (especially the sunsets) are unbelievable. There are dozens of good and very good restaurants within a few miles of the condo. Shopping is very convenient also. When I finally force myself to pack and leave, I feel soooo relaxed and ready to once again face reality.
Everyone on the staff was very professional and handled any small problem quickly. I do wish, however, that the condo had a landline and provided a phone book so that I did not have to research everything on my laptop. One of the reasons I come here is to get away from technology as much as possible.
Hopefully, I will be coming back next year to once again enjoy all that Sand Key/Clearwater/Largo have to offer (and that's a lot).
This is the most perfect property for a fantastic holiday right on the beach . The apartment was very well maintained and filled with numberous 'personal touches' from the owners which made you feel instantly at home the photos do not lie. From the unbelievable balcony, to catch all those amazing sunsets , the king sized bed , the wardrobe space , the very functional ( and much needed ) washer and dryer , this is a property you will not want to leave !
But if you do venture beyond the beach you have great options on your doorstep , Maggie Maes for breakfast is a 5 minute walk away .Or if you feel more adventurous take the Jolly Trolly into Clearwater with its shops , restaurants and bars
This is true lay a great place to stay
This is a very spacious, very clean condo - right on the beach! If you are looking for a beach vacation that is in a great area and is quiet - this is the place. It's a couple of miles from Clearwater Beach - which is absolutely packed. The beach isn't quite as pretty as Clearwater Beach - and there are thousands (not exaggerating) of shells - but again - it's quite. It's close enough though to Clearwater Beach to enjoy all the bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. We ate at Conch Republic on N. Reddington Beach twice and at Gondolier Italian Restaurant - both were excellent.
We stayed at 19C for 2 weeks in late June 2016. The one bedroom condo felt very large and was decorated fantastically. We felt "at home." The king bed is large and moderately comfortable. The walk in closet is HUGE. The master bath is spacious with ample storage. The pull out sofa was used by the kids with no complaints. A massive TV in the living area and a smaller TV in the bedroom gave parents and kids their own viewing options. The balcony is very large with an EXCELLENT view. The beach access is easy and the beach is very uncrowded. The sand is not white and sugary. It is more hard packed and somewhat shelly but, still enjoyable for sandcastles and bocce ball. The water was calm and fairly clear when there were no storms brewing out in the Gulf. There is a regular pool and hottub. The Crescent Beach Club is very low key with a large demographic of older residents and the pool rules are fairly strict...we were told that the kids could not even have diving sticks. We spent most of our time on the beach so it was not a huge issue. There were some bikes available for use but we did not ride. If you bring a kayak or paddleboard, it must be stored in or on top of you car. They recently passed a bylaw about storage anywhere else. Overall, with easy access to the surrounding restaurants and attractions, and a very cute decor, coupled with lots of room for a one bedroom...this was a great place to stay for our family vacation.
The condominium was perfect for our family vacation! We woke up to a gorgeous view of the gulf every morning. The only thing I would change for our next visit is to rent a 2 bedroom unit.
We stayed at this location with our 2 daughters (8 and 3). Crescent Beach Club is in excellent condition and right on quiet Sand Key Beach. The room was exactly at the pictures indicate. (The pictures can't do justice to the amazing views and sunsets you can see from the balcony.)
We are both very picky people, but this location and Teeming Vacation Rentals exceeded our expectations.
The only issue some people traveling with children might have was that the complex has fairly strict rules for the pool area. No pool toys, no eating at the pool, no jumping in, etc.... We enjoyed the nice quiet environment, but could see this being a concern for some families.
