The spacious 3 bedroom apartment is comprised of one ensuite bedroom with a walk in closet, one bedroom with a stunning sea view and a third bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a cozy and spacious leaving room with a modern and open kitchen. The salon has a TV and gives way to the beautiful terrace with views of the sea and the Montjuic park.

Located at the foot steps of the beautiful part of Montjuic (where you have the Miro museum, the pueblo español attraction and its teleferico (cable car), at the trendy neighbourhood of Poble Sec, near several restaurants and bars. From the apartment you can walk to Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, The old historic centre (Barri Gotic) and to its beautiful cathedral: Catedral de Barcelona It is also a 25 minutes walk or 1 metro stop from the popular and trendy beach of Barceloneta.

Excellent, cannot fault our stay!

Myself and my family were on a long weekend break in celebration of my Mother's 70th birthday. Stan was very communicative throughout the planning, booking and duration of our stay. Upon our arrival Stan confirmed our departure time and arranged a taxi for us to the airport, he even gave my Mother a birthday gift! Extremely thoughtful. We had a wonderful time in Barcelona, the property is brilliantly located in the theater district and a short walk from the harbour & Las Ramblas. We had a great view from the balcony and one of the bedrooms. The property was clean and comfortable. There are 2 lifts (the apartment is on the 6th floor) and the stairs weren't too much bother for the younger members of our party. There was also a very friendly door man at the entrance most days.

Modern, updated an spacious!

This property was perfectly located. Within a couple of blocks of La Ramblas, but far enough away to be quiet at night. Views of the port, and a great location for cruisers. Several restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store. All within walking distance!

Loved the view

Great location that was walking distance to sites, hop on/off bus, cruise terminal, metro, bus and great dining.

Apartment has a great balcony with a lovely view of the port. Lots of room, and comfortable beds. Highly recommend staying here.

Owner is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond. We forgot something at the apartment and he drove out of his way to return it to us.

The apartment is in a great location, is very stylish and well equipped. All modern cons and true to description, Stan obviously takes pride and kitted it out like you would your own home, with lots of nice little touches throughout.

Communication - both before and during the stay was fantastic; Stan always got back to us within a couple of hours and answered all questions in detail. During our stay there was an issue (a lift broke down on a weekend day and we needed it for our wheelchair-bound daughter). Stan organised a lift engineer within a couple of hours (on a weekend!). Very pleasant to deal with, efficient, professional and friendly. In short: great apartment (at a very competitive price), great location, great owner.

Great accommodations in an okay area!!

Stan was great!! He was very helpful and accessible. The flat has plenty of space for a family of six. The location was simply 'okay'. It is within walking distance of the southern portion of Las Ramblas; however, I learned during our time there that the northern portion of Las Ramblas is nicer and more desirable. Overall, good stay and experience. PS. Antonio, a local building resident, was GREAT! He really helped to make our stay fun and memorable. :)

Loved the location and apartment!

We spent 5 nights, one couple and 2 ladies. This apartment was perfect for a mixed group, lots of room! It was very clean, modern, and comfortable.

One advice for Americans staying in Europe, bring your own wash cloths, as apartments don't usually have them.

The location, just across the street from the Maritime Museum, and about 3 blocks from Las Ramblas and the Christopher Columbus statue, was perfect! We were able to walk along Las Ramblas, the Gothic district, and the waterfront.

We didn't heed advice from the past and ate dinner one night on Las Ramblas. We paid more than if we'd went a bit further off the main street. We didn't notice before ordering, and paid $7.50 Euros for a soda! Eek!

One of the best aspects of this apartment was meeting and dealing with Stan, the owner. He was very friendly and helpful!

TAXI FROM AIRPORT BARCELONA EL PRAT (15 minutes, around 30 EUR)

AIRPORT BUS FROM BARCELONA EL PRAT (30 minutes, around 5.50 EUR/person):

Take the blue AeroBus from the airport (line A1 or A2) and go to plaza España (10 minutes). At Placa España take the green metro line (number L3) and go to Drassanes station (only 3 stations from plaza de España). From Drassanes metro station you have just 4-minute walk to the apartment.

METRO FROM ESTACIO DEL NORD (BUS STATION):

Take the metro from Arc de Triomf station (red L1) and go 1 station to Placa Catalunya. Change here for green line L3 and go 1 station to Drassanes metro station.

BUS FROM GIRONA AIRPORT:

The bus from Girona Airport takes you to Estacio del Nord bus station (see above how to get from there)

BUS:

In front of the apartment you have the public bus station (buses 20, 21, 64, D20, H14)

From the apartment you can go to most places on foot. Nevertheless, the apartment is super well communicated with public transport having the bus stop just in front and the metro Drassanes and Parallel at around 300 metres away.
