The condo was great!!! Great Location/views!!!

ALL amenities were Great. Three huge TV’s were great as were the balconies with spectacular views of Mts and Maggie Pond and a nice table to hold the Wine. Confusing directions to parking area. The location is hard to beat as it's just 100 yard or so walk to the start of the main downtown area for restaurants and shops. Hit October Fest.....Great time! Would do again and would recommend!

Nice, comfy unit. Some unfortunate surrounding issues.

The most comfortable place I've stayed. Large bed, comfortable couch and chairs in living area. Quality internet, TVs. Kitchenware adequate.

The booking company hands off to a local property manager and confusion begins. Not code access to unit, code access to local lockbox where you pick up keys. Local company let's you know $100 If not left in rental. Confusing (to me) directions to parking, contradictions on web site re: parking. The dishwasher leaked, I was able to stop it and called local company to let them know. They could not send anyone, so I let them know I would not run dishwasher as they asked - I mean at $100 for a plastic key what would they charge to run the washer? (to be fair, when I called about my parking questions, the guy was friendly and helpful)

No A.C., but cool nights with windows open. No problem until a wedding party on last night which went into the wee hours. They were just having fun, but sleep was difficult.

A 4 to 5 star unit, but not as well managed as others.

Owner's Response: Stephen, we're glad you enjoyed your stay here in Breckenridge overall, but we apologize certain aspects fell short of your expectations. None of the units in this building have A/C as it is not standard due to the mountain breeze. However, this unit is one of the few equipped with ceiling fans. We understand the homeowner has fixed the dishwasher, so the scenario you encountered won't recur for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. Great condo, great location (but unfortunately threatening fees from management company)

Great condo, everything very nice inside. The location is hard to beat as it's just 100 yard walk to the Quicksilver lift at the bottom of Peak 9, and a similar walk the other direction to the start of the main downtown area for restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our time and would stay again except for being turned off by the "welcome" letter from Book By Owner which included a threat of $100 fee per key card that was provided for access to the room. These are the same key cards that hotels throw away by the hundreds every day so I find it hard to believe a $100 fee per card is anywhere near reasonable. They provided us 8 cards, I can only imagine what a joke it would have been for them to think we would pay $800 in fees for 40 cents worth of plastic. I am sorry to make such a note of it, but I am lucky to travel a fair bit and have rarely seen a policy so in need of change.
