This recently built apartment with two separate balconies is in an exclusive low-rise development with elevator. It is furnished to a high standard. Both bedrooms open onto an adjoining balcony which catches the morning sun and overlooks the swimming pool. It is fully air-conditioned and tastefully decorated with original art pieces and can comfortably sleep up to 5 people. The entrance hall with extensive enclosed storage leads to a spacious living/dining area which opens onto a large terrace through sliding glass doors. The contemporary design theme is reflected in the extendible designer table and furnishings. There is a separate fully-integrated Italian design kitchen also leading onto the terrace. The apartment has a calm ambience, making it a tranquil retreat in the midst of it all, yet close to the teeming bustle of the Croisette with its exclusive boutiques and with all local amenities easily accessible.
We enjoy exploring the South of France and with the train at our door step is perfect for day trips to Nice, Antibes, Monaco, Italy, Aix and Avignon .It is our special place to relax and chill out and our family love bringing their friends to introduce them to the Riviera and the Cote D'Azur.
Great apartment - close to some great bakeries for breakfast. Balcony perfect for having dinner in the evenings. A few nice restaurants close and a bus stop a couple of minutes walk away to get into Cannes centre. Thanks
After a great holiday visiting family last September we decided to return again. The location is perfect for the beach although this time we ventured a bit further out to Mandelieu and Theoule rather than heading for Antibes and Juan le Pins.....
The apartment was every bit as good as we remembered - its like a home from home with a proper kitchen which is fully equipped and meant we could invite family and friends round for a meal or two rather than eating out for every meal.
Its also very handy for the shops, everything you could possibly need is on the doorstep. We used the pool a couple of times which is nice if you don;t fancy getting sandy ....
All in all we'd like to keep this place secret to make sure that when we come back again ( which we will!) the dates will be available :)
We have just spent a week in this lovely apartment in Cannes. Everything about it was superb. It was nice and clean,plenty of room for the 4 of us and very well equipped.
We enjoyed sitting out on the balconies and around the pool which was nice and quiet.
The bathroom has 2 wash basins with a large mirror which was very handy especially for the younger 2 of our party.
We are very pleased to say that the bakery, supermarket, chemist, wine shop and quite a few restaurants were literally a few minutes walk from the apartment. There were also other shops within approx. a 10 minutes walk.
Bus stops close by and the railway station was very handy.
It was one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in and as I've just said everything was close by.
Carol and her husband who look after the apartment were also very helpful.
I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking for a holiday in the south of France.

Apartment : It was exactly like the pictures - modern, clean, really well equipped.
I like the bedrooms being separated from the main living room with an extra door - you really couldn't hear anything! Comfy beds, lots of wardrobe space and both bedrooms can access the rear balcony where you get the morning sun. Seperate bathroom and toilet is pretty standard in France but it really is more convenient with 4 adults - both are modern and very clean
The kitchen was well equipped - lots of plates, glasses, cups even serving dishes etc and just off the living room rather than stuck in the corner and both the kitchen and living room accessed the front balcony - which is where we spent most of our time.
Holiday : It was the second time we'd been to Cannes in 3 months as our son is working there for 6 months. We really wanted a home from home so we could spend time together rather than a sightseeing holiday and thats exactly what we got. We shopped locally and stayed in for some meals, other times we ate out in Monaco, Cannes, Valbonne, Antibes, St Paul De Vence etc...
The hightlight of the week was a private boat charter through boatbookings.com and seeing the coastline from the water. Just awesome if you fancy something a bit different and not as expensive as you might think !!
Location : The location of this apartment is just fab - its 5 mins walk to the beach, the shops are round the corner and if you haven't got a car you can get everything close by. Its not as touristy as central Cannes so you can dip in and out of the crazyness as little or as often as you like. We had a car with us so having the secure underground parking was great but we also caught a bus into town one night which was really easy and cheap for a Euro. The taxi home from the Town Hall was only 12 Euro's if you fancy a drink and leaving the car.
So all in all a big success and if we return to Cannes I would definately come back. Finally a big thank you Anne for your flexibility and letting us have the apartment for 8 nights so we could celebrate a family birthday before heading back to the UK on the Sunday !!

We had a wonderful and relaxing summer holiday in your apartment with our two children (8 and 11 years). The apartment was perfect! Good layout, modern facilities and perfect location with "everything" within walking distance. We went to the beach almost every day, but also spent time by the pool. We visited the local night market, saw the fireworks in Cannes and went on excursions by bus or train to Grasse, Nice, Eze and Ventimiglia. It was so easy to get around and we did not miss having a car.
Also thank you for the many kind e-mails you sent answering my many questions since we first inquired about the rental.
Cote D'Azur is our perfect summer destination, and we all agree that we would like to return to Cannes and rent your apartment again.
This elegant apartment is located in a friendly neighbourhood which, while in an urban setting, retains the charm of an old French neighbourhood. Minutes walking distance (No Hills) to the 'Plage du Midi', widely acknowledged as the best sandy beach, stretching along the Bay of Cannes connecting to the Croisette.
