Coralcopia is a quality, coastal, and private residence at the foot of the Blue Heron bridge to Singer Island and the Atlantic Ocean. The Blue Heron Bridge is a top rated dive and snorkel site that is home to some of the world's rarest sea creatures.
After exploring the marine life, come home to enjoy Coralcopia's luxury pool in a private oasis. Our property is completely fenced and nestled in a small Key West style neighborhood. A few blocks behind us are working marinas servicing large sailing and motor yachts and offering harbor for smaller craft.
Our combined living and dining area offers a larger space for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked, has a gas range, and has an open pass through to the TV room.
A split bedroom floor plan makes our space ideal for privacy. The front section of the home has two bedrooms. The Hibiscus room offers two twin beds and TV. The Coastal Cottage Blue & White bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. There is a 1960's retro bathroom with original tile serving both of these bedrooms.
The back section of the home has one bedroom with a California King bed, TV, a full bathroom and a private door leading outside to the pool and garden. This section of the house also offers a TV room with a leather wrap around sectional and a round table so everyone can gather together informally. Across from the TV room is a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
Coralcopia is on approximately a quarter of an acre with an oversized Sapodilla tree, Mango tree, Hibiscus, Banana and other tropical delights. Enjoy the ocean breezes poolside while barbecuing on the deluxe gas grill.
Our salt system pool is large (15 x 30) and sunny. The shallow end has a sun bench with its own umbrella and the deep end has two side benches for maximum fun. There is a gas heater for your comfort on cold days. For parents with small children, we have a safety fence and door alarms available.
Only one block away is Publix, a full service grocery store and it's a quick trip over the bridge to the sandy beaches of the Atlantic. We are one block west of the Intracoastal Waterway and just five miles north of downtown West Palm Beach and the island of Palm Beach. The Gardens Mall, ten minutes north, offers upscale shopping and entertainment. Coralcopia awaits you!

The Blue Heron Bridge, just steps from Coralcopia's front door, is called “Florida’s exotic critter capital."
Scuba diving at the world renowned Blue Heron Bridge, also known as Phil Foster Park, is something every diver who visits West Palm Beach, Florida should experience. The Blue Heron Bridge is known as one of the best dive sites in the world for good reasons… Its diversity of marine life and its easy accessibility are just two of the many important traits of this terrific dive site.
When you dive the bridge, you encounter numerous sea creatures that are a rarity to find throughout the world. Seahorses and pipefish in all sizes and colors make the top of the list at this amazing dive site. Octopus, including the Atlantic long arm (aka. mimic octopus), can be found here. Add to the list the odd marine life such as sea robins, flying gurnards, batfish, frogfish, stargazers, and over 100 different species of nudibranchs.
It's a simple and free beach shore dive. The deepest depth you’ll find at the bridge is just over 20 feet. A 45 minute to two hour dive is the norm here. Best of all, no matter what the weather is like out on the open ocean, the Blue Heron Bridge is still accessible for diving thanks to its location in the protected Lake Worth Lagoon. Few dive sites in the world give you the option to dive when the weather turns for the worst.
There is snorkeling at Phil Foster Park (at the bridge), too! Even those who are not scuba certified can enjoy this amazing marine park. The Phil Foster Park Artificial Reef and Snorkel Trail is an 800-foot-long tract of artificial reef incorporating more than 600 tons of Anastasia rock boulders in a depth ranging from six to ten feet. In the short span of time since it was created, the Reef and Snorkel Trail has attracted countless marine life. All kinds of juvenile tropical fish can be seen flirting in and out of this artificial reef.

The Riviera area has more fish, more wrecks, better reefs and better boats than anywhere in the U.S. The water is warm and clear. Most of the dive sites are within 15 minutes of the inlet. The undulating terrain, superbly conditioned greens and the amazing setting on the Intracoastal Waterway make this course stand out among other area greats.
Sitting atop the Seminole Ridge, this picturesque layout was artfully redesigned to work in harmony with the natural terrain, from the intracoastal waterway to the natural oak hammocks. This course design features elevation changes, rolling fairways and undulated well-bunkered greens. This par-71 course was lengthened to over 7,000 yards from the back tees. I have travelled many parts of the world and lived and worked in Tokyo, Japan. Being comfortable while away from home is a luxury. That's why I try to spend time paying attention to detail for our guests at Coralcopia. Comfortable beds, quality fabrics, coffee, spices, reading lights, make up mirrors, slippers and more are just some of the extra touches we hope you will enjoy. If I can be of assistance to you or your loved ones during a stay at Coralcopia, please don't hesitate to call on me.
Nobody has the salt life we do! Pristine beaches & a quiet stretch of bike/pedestrian path along the ocean road. We're at the midpoint of downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens for shopping.
Sailfish Marina, best ambiance-over the bridge and turn right. Keep going til you see it on the right. It sits on the Palm Beach Inlet. Grab a refreshment and watch the boats go by. Food gets one thumb up from me, but you can't beat the atmosphere.
Coffee and Bagels
Go over the bridge until you run into the strip mall on beach. Delicious bagels. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches look great.
Captain Jack's just over the bridge for sandwiches and salads.
La Fogata, very popular Mexican 2 miles north.
The Brass Ring, rough around the edges, but very popular burger/beer joint. 3 pool tables.
My favorite -Reef Grill-Juno Beach
North on U.S.1 past PGA Boulevard a mile or so. Look for the fork in the road w/the Juno Beach sign. Take the right fork and look for a lot of cars in a small strip center on the left. Open 7 nights. Great fresh seafood.
Yardhouse and Ra! (just west on PGA Blvd at Downtown at the Gardens) are two chains that I like. Yardhouse is all American comfort food with a huge beer selection. Ra! is a good sushi chain.
Whole Foods is in the same mall area. Also, Toojay's deli.
The Circle Room at the Breaker's Hotel in Palm Beach can't be beat for a splurge. The breakfast buffet (not the Sunday brunch) is still a decent value. Plus you get to stroll the beautiful hotel afterwards. $30/person approx.
C.R. Chicks-Rotisserie chicken take out. Northlake Blvd. or PGA Boulevard. Yum!
Lazy Loggerhead Cafe, on the ocean in Jupiter
Breakfast/lunch A bit of a beautiful drive along the ocean, but great food. I would do it.
Testa's in Palm Beach. Great for outdoor breakfast.
Malakor Thai Lunch/Dinner, Old Northwood in West Palm
This Is It Café-Inexpensive breakfast/lunch diner
2 miles south on U.S. 1 (Broadway) til u dead end
I bought this 1960's house because it has a true Florida style and sits on a double lot so it has a super large yard. It's close to the ocean with natural breezes.
The location is really a hidden gem. There's no place else that has scuba, fishing, beaches, jet skiing, snorkeling, cruises, bike paths, the Palm Beach inlet and more just steps from its door. No other surrounding location has Macarthur State Park over the bridge or Peanut Island within a stone's throw. Our public beach-just over the bridge- even offers FREE parking and beachfront restaurants.

This property was great, comfy beds, super clean, great kitchen, quiet inside and outside and a great pool. Jamie was either one or two of the top rentals that we have acquired from Homeaway, nineteen and counting. The area has biking, both street and mt. biking (Dyer Park). That you don't see in Florida. Kayaking with dolphins and manatees and multiple types of birds and fish. Beautiful nature walks and all so close to home. This could go on for a while but, a nice red wine is waiting. Jamie, thank you so much. Did I mention bars, restaurants, golf and the rich and famous places. You will need more time to do it all.
We spent 5 nights around Christmas with 5 adults and a dog. The house was in great shape and it is very close to many things. We really enjoyed hanging out around the pool. Jamie was very responsive and very accommodating. We would definitely go back.
Rented from Jamie to have a family reunion with kids and grandkids
House was perfect set up for one family of 6 and grandparents
Great area walk to beach
Highlight each day was a cookout by pool then entire family swimming and splashing all the time
Jamie was a perfect host
Paul and Marilyn
The owner was very friendly, timely, and accommodating. The home was very clean, and landscaped very well. The pool and grill area was a vacation in its own.
I would highly recommend this property for a family looking for a cozy home and great location to several area cities.
My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The division of sleeping areas let the Grandparents sleep in while the little ones were up and happy too. The steps between were a bit nuisance and I tripped several times. All the basics are there. The property is very secure and the area is mixed, some nice homes some less nice.
Our favourite part of the house was the backyard. The perfect pool for us, very kid friendly, or for older people--very easy to get in and out and not too deep. We controlled the heat, again a bonus for us. The patio, and BBQ were our favourite place to eat. The grounds surrounding were very well maintained and beautiful. The backyard was very private--our own oasis! The backyard gets a 5 rating.
It was a very quick trip to the beach and we enjoyed that as well.
Jamie was extremely helpful and friendly and attentive.
We had the pleasure of spending 2 months (Jan & Feb/16) at Coralcopia. The house was a perfect layout for 2 couples, plus visitors for a few days. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We took advantage of the outside grill for lunch and dinner most days. Although the weather wasn't warm enough to swim, sitting around the pool added to the ambiance of the yard. We also appreciated the fully fenced back yard that we could let the dogs out without worry. The tiny geckos kept the dogs occupied "hunting".
The close proximity to Publix and the lagoon over Blue Heron Bridge was very handy.
Jamie, the owner, was attentive to all our needs. She communicated in a timely manner with info re: yard or pool maintenance people arriving etc.
She is also very knowledgeable about activities in the surrounding areas.
We ventured to downtown West Palm Beach to enjoy the free concerts on Thursday nights and also the green market on Saturdays. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property.
