About JAMIE LEHMAN
I have travelled many parts of the world and lived and worked in Tokyo, Japan. Being comfortable while away from home is a luxury. That's why I try to spend time paying attention to detail for our guests at Coralcopia. Comfortable beds, quality fabrics, coffee, spices, reading lights, and make up mirrors are just some of the extra touches we hope you will enjoy. If I can be of assistance to you or your loved ones during a stay at Coralcopia, please don't hesitate to call on me.
Why JAMIE LEHMAN chose Riviera Beach
Nobody has the salt life we do! Pristine beaches & a quiet stretch of bike/pedestrian path along the ocean road. We're at the midpoint of downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens for shopping. We have the award winning MacArthur State Park on the ocean just a few minutes away, and two salt life county parks, Peanut Island & Phil Foster Park within a couple of minutes.
What makes this House unique
I bought this 1960's house because it has a true Florida style and sits on a double lot so it has a super large yard. It's close to the ocean with natural breezes. The location is really a hidden gem. There's no place else that has scuba, fishing, beaches, jet skiing, snorkeling, cruises, bike paths, the Palm Beach inlet and more just steps from its door. No other surrounding location has Macarthur State Park over the bridge or Peanut Island within a stone's throw. Our public beach-just over the bridge- even offers FREE parking and beachfront restaurants. EVENTS: Beautiful green market, downtown West Palm Beach, Saturday mornings. Clematis and the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. Outdoor art shows, Sailfish Marina, Thursday nights. SunFest-a week long music concert and art fair on the WPB intracoastal waterway Spring Training-Baseball at Roger Dean Stadium 15 minutes by car. The Palm Beach Ball Park hosts The Houston Astros & Washington Nationals for Spring Training. 15 minutes by car. Honda Classic Golf Tournament Winter and Spring Boat Shows Marathons Polo/Equestrian Events (Seasonal) Clematis by Night, downtown WPB, every Thursday night Home and Garden Shows

Good home great owner
House had everything we needed. Pool was great. Linens were very nice. Jamie was very attentive. I was expecting a better neighborhood. The bars on the door and windows were a surprise from photos. Price was fair for offering, and was close to everything. We had no troubles at all when we stated there.
We enjoyed hosting you. Our baseball fans who stayed the week before you are interested in booking for next year and we hope you do too.
The temporary security features on the windows were paid for by a high end corporate entity for a special needs stay. Being so close to Wayne Huizenga's superyachts and other marine industrial businesses, we have to cater to a wide variety of situations.. While there have never been security bars on the house doors, the secure area on the front porch affords guests a safe place for golf clubs, scuba gear, etc. Most temporary window security has been removed and the remaining few are scheduled between future stays.
We hope you enjoyed the central location to both Roger Dean Stadium and Ball Park of the Palm Beaches and that you were able to enjoy some of the treasures on our restaurant list.
Would love to host you again at Coralcopia, The Sea Cave, Pelican House, or Seagrape.
Like having your own personal resort
We enjoyed our month staying at Coralcopia. We had our dog with us so having a fenced in yard was nice. The yard is beautiful and so relaxing with the awesome pool and lush foliage. The location is great and we enjoyed many walks on both sides of the bridge. Publix is super close so we could walk over if we needed to pick up a couple things. Our hostess, Jamie, could not have been more accommodating! She genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. Without pestering, she kept in touch to make sure there were no issues. Staying here was so much better than staying at a hotel. We had our privacy and more room to enjoy it all, plus we were able to bring our dog with us!
We so enjoyed hosting you. Your Dublin pooch was top-notch. You are incredibly responsible guests and any host would be lucky to have you. You are always welcome back to Coralcopia or The Sea Cave.
Beautiful home away from home
We had a fantastic week at Coralcopia. Home was well kept, clean, stocked and convenient. The pool was excellent and we enjoyed the backyard area every evening. The grill was large and we used it almost every night. The owner checked on us and was always so very nice.
We enjoyed having you. Thank you for being perfect guests. You are welcome back any time.
Lovely home great pool area attentive hosts
Highly recommended for 5 or 6 people
We enjoyed hosting you, Linda. We look forward to the opportunity of hosting you in the future.
Beautiful house and grounds, not a good choice for owners of undisciplined dogs
Two couples , each with a young dog, rented for 2 weeks in February 2019. The house was fully equipped, including paper products and condiments. The bedroom separation afforded each couple privacy and a common room with TV and seating for all to enjoy together.
The yard is fully fenced , including an enclosing fence around the beautiful pool. A large gas grill is within the pool fence. The property inside and out is well maintained. The neighborhood is convenient to a grocery store, but not as attractive as the rental, generally speaking.
We enjoyed our stay and used the house and grounds extensively, cooking most of our meals in the kitchen and eating in the dining room. A caveat about the house is that the door between kitchen and dining room only latched from the dining room side.
I would caution prospective renters with energetic dogs that the house is hard to keep clean. The lawn is irrigated overnight every night and dogs returning inside from the yard will inadvertently track mud into the house. Because the kitchen door had a hook and eye latch on the dining room side it was necessary to leave the door unlatched so that we could move from room to room. The door did not contain the dogs in the kitchen area and the enthusiastic dog play frequently spilled into the formal side of the house. Energetic dogs or dogs that play with one another in the case of more than one dog will have the run of the house and may get mud on bed linens and walls, doors, etc throughout the house. This was our experience. In our case, this resulted in the landlady withholding a portion of the security deposit to pay for repeated laundering of bed linens beyond normal "wear and tear" of a 2 week rental.
Thank you for your kind words regarding our property.
Please know that we have never had to deduct any money for any other dog in seven years at either property we have listed on VRBO. No other dog owner has ever reported any difficulty in keeping the premises neat and clean. Leaving the exterior house doors open during heavy ongoing rain and most likely for the duration of your stay was not acceptable. While this was convenient for you and your friends, dogs destroying our fabrics, furniture, and turning the house into a mud bath was not acceptable.
There was nothing preventing the bedroom doors from being closed to limit damage. The soiling could have been limited to the TV room and back hallway by simply using the second kitchen door as a barrier. It’s just common sense. Nothing prevented the wiping of muddy paw prints halfway up the walls, nor throwing muddy linens in the washer. Again, it’s just common sense and what any responsible guest would do. We offered in writing to help you relocate to a property that better matched your standards but you did not take us up on it
You were charged a mere $150 for $500 worth of damages. We were beyond reasonable and assisted you in providing documents so that you could be reimbursed for the $150 from the extra insurance policy you elected to purchase. I assume you anticipated the possibility of higher risk exposure with a dog you did not know as you purchased an insurance policy in addition to our required damage deposit
Home sharing is built on a community of trust. We felt compelled to prevent such heartache for other hosts thus we were unable to give you a good guest review. This is indeed a rarity. Our guests, with or without canines, generally are super respectful of Coralcopia and appreciative of what it takes to deliver a quality experience over and over again. They would never dream of putting us in the position of possibly having to cancel a subsequent reservation due to so much damage and cleaning.
Thank you for understanding and best wishes for your future vacations.
Hidden Gem in great location
We’re interested in scuba diving and Coralcopia is 5 minutes from Blue Heron Bridge and 10 minutes from public beaches including naturalized McArthur state park. The home and property are extremely well kept and unique. It looks to be from mid century but has all the comfortable updates without losing any charm. Thoughtful touches included
Fresh coffe beans quality towells for beach and pool and prompt helpful responses from the owner. We’re new to the area but could see 3-5x higher prices along the ocean for 1/3 space. The pool landscaping and patio made it possible to enjoy the beautiful outdoors in comfort. Grab this one while you can!
We so enjoyed hosting you over the holidays. Very glad you enjoyed Morikami. Hope to see you again at Coralcopia or The Sea Cave.
