This is a monthly rental. Beautiful 3,000 sq ft home with downstairs lock off suite which includes kitchen, siting area, bedroom and bathroom. Heated pool and jacuzzi located in Seville, the premier golf course in Gilbert, AZ. Heat is included in price.
Outside Resort style yard has Built in BBQ with attached table for outside dining. Out door Gas fireplace next to pool and spa.

The fully equipped granite kitchen offers a full size Stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and all utensils needed for your vacation. The laundry room has washer and dryer.

Great stay!

Calling the backyard an oasis is very appropriate! A very nice home with a very relaxing backyard. The entire neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. We had stayed the previous 6 years in Scottsdale and this was such a welcome change of pace. Denice was great to communicate with and very responsive. We’ve already asked to book every March going forward.

Clean and spacious

We had a great time. Very comfortable and clean. The owner was very responsive for the minor questions we had. Beautiful home and great area of Arizona.

Nice house and location

Good location, overall a nice house. Does need some upkeep. Couldn’t get the outside fire place to work. Spa/pool controls need upgrade, some features not working. No toilet paper in two bathrooms. Some lights and fans not working. Nice place otherwise

Enjoyable Stay in enjoyable community

Overall experience was positive. Good neighborhood. Nice pool. Unusual layout to home. Only major complaint was maintenance guy shows up early in the morning on the day of departure and starts running a weed eater and leaf blower. He disabled and started cleaning the pool and was making a mess so we couldn't swim. Then he asked if he could come in and start doing laundry!! Seriously? Checkout time is not 8AM. We appreciated a somewhat early checkin but not at the expense of being awakened and irritated by this guy. He acted like he couldn't wait to be done and move on with his day. Very unprofessional. Solve this issue and we would consider staying again. If not, I would go elsewhere. Other minor issue is squeaking beds in two bedrooms woke up sleepers. Needs fixed or replaced.

Awesome home to get away from the North Dakota tundra this year!!

This home had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation with kids and grandkids from the frigid cold that we’ve had in ND! Backyard was an oasis for us with heated pool, hot tub, grill and fireplace! We definitely spent the majority of our time outside. Great park nearby for grandkids a definite plus. Grocery, Dunkin’ Donuts one of our favorites as we don’t have here within minutes. Great eating San Tan Flatts minutes away pretty much everything we wanted and needed for an enjoyable stay! This is the 2nd time we have rented this home and would definitely rent again! Thanks for the great rental Denice was a great time for all of us! Deb
