This beautiful residence was well loved, decorated and designed as a second home. All furnishings, décor and linens were selected to reflect charm, a sense of whimsy and relaxation. On the second floor, you’ll find the kitchen fully equipped, a large living room with a corner fireplace, wet bar, kitchen pass-thru, open dining room and attached balcony. If inspired, eat al-fresco, or just decompress, on the screen-enclosed balcony, with fabulous views of the waterway and direct access to the backyard and dock.
Great sleeping, bathing and lounging spaces are on the third floor. The spacious guest room is fondly referred to as the ‘Rose Room’. The hand painted rose embellishments and antique furniture make this a pleasant sanctuary; queen sized bed, TV, fresh linens and an adjoining bathroom with tub/shower combo showered in light by an overhead skylight. Attached to this room is a cozy, private sleeping loft with a full sized bed.
HUGE master bedroom suite is the quintessential secluded sanctuary, boasting a corner fireplace; enclosed balcony; large walk-in closet; bathroom with Jacuzzi tub/shower combo and skylight. From your king-sized bed you can enjoy TV or watch the sunrise over the waterway. From the attached screened balcony you can enjoy a comfortable settee, side table and chairs which provides an extraordinary place to sit quietly and observe nature.
This beautiful home provides a great place to relax, explore and enjoy this quiet, laid- back, unique part of Florida.
Our stay at this townhouse was fantastic. The house was very clean, well decorated & had everything you would need. Beautiful view of the Indian River with a fantastic dock for fishing & sunning. Plenty of restaurants & bars nearby. The owner, Donna was incredibly nice & made sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to renting from Donna again.
I don't usually take the time to write reviews, however this time I had to make an exception. My family and I stayed at this rental for 1 week during our visit to Florida for my son's wedding. It was one of the best vacations rentals I've ever stayed in. From the very beginning Donna made it a smooth process, and she went over and above to welcome us to her beautiful property. The unit was spotlessly clean and we wanted for nothing! We enjoyed walking out on the dock and watching the dolphins play in the beautiful waters of the Intercoastal waterway. It was such a peaceful and serene environment that we didn't want to leave. If you're planning to spend time in Brevard county, this property is by far one of the best choices you could make. You will not be disappointed.
Very comfortable well equipped home with great views of the intercostal waterway. Has a great dock for relaxing and watching dolphins. Use of the kayaks was a great perk and allowed us to explore the islands on the other side. Would definitely stay in this great place again
This was a lovely property and very relaxing! Myself, husband and 2 older kids stayed at this property and it was large enough for us all to relax! The condo was so clean, very nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. We had a blast in our boat traveling down the river to different islands and watching the wildlife! We saw dolphins and manatees daily down by the dock. Such a nice relaxing vacation!

From the Sebastian Chamber of Commerce:
Welcome to the Sebastian River Area, one of Florida's authentic Treasure Coast communities on the Indian River Lagoon and home to America's first National Wildlife Refuge, Pelican Island. The Sebastian River Area is located on the central east coast of Florida and is situated in the northernmost part of Indian River County about 15 miles north of Vero Beach and 20 miles south of Melbourne. The area is well known for the rare antiquities that have washed upon its shores. Treasure hunters continue to search our beaches for gold, jewelry, and other artifacts lost in history. Sebastian Inlet State Park is the premier saltwater fishing spot on Florida's east coast; favored by anglers for catching snook, redfish, bluefish, and Spanish mackerel from its jetties. Surfing is also a popular recreation and several major competitions are held here every year. The Indian River Lagoon National Scenic Byway, a nationally designated byway runs through the Sebastian River Area. The Indian River Lagoon, which is North America's most biologically diverse estuary, the St. Sebastian River, Blue Cypress Lake, and the Stick Marsh are fishing hotspots and a boater's paradise. Sebastian hosts one of the most spectacular skydiving views in the world.
