Located on the 8th floor in building 3, this efficiency offers a gulf view from its private screened in lanai.
The condominium has a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the dining area and living room furnished with a flat screen television and sleeper sofa.
The bedroom area has a king bed and an accordion door that can be closed for privacy.

Great views from our balcony of the Gulf only a few hundred yards away. Easy walk to the very clean white beaches across the street.
Four choices of dining within walking distance. Do nothing or partake in water sports, boating or shopping.
It was so much fun, we investigated some local real estate and will probably be back really soon.
