What this rental IS: An affordable, clean, spacious and comfortable place to stay in Miami that is close to everything.
What this place IS NOT: A luxury hotel. The swimming pool is a small one that is fenced in and most suitable for kids. The building is older and we made renovations and put premium comfortable beds to make it a comfortable stay. You should have a car or rental car so you can travel to premium destinations.
The condo is 100% safe. However, please do not expect a luxury hotel.

Veronica and I have built 10 condo vacation rentals. With each condo we ask ourselves what would we appreciate if we stayed in the home. Our guests need TV, so we buy the premium package with 700 channels. Internet? We make sure it's the fastest premium internet service. Bed sheets, towels, artwork, furniture, all the way to the floors we pick and we get the very best.
And if you haven't noticed already, we have the lowest prices. Which is why we have they very best reviews.
Shopping. Did you know you could walk to a local Walmart from this property? We are also located next to Aventura mall, which is known to be one of the very best malls in the world. If your not hear to shop, who can pass up miami beaches which are a few minutes away. Our property has all the benefits of living in Miami at a very convenient location which is low vehicle traffic, close to everything you need, and equipped for our guests to have the most comfortable stay possible.

This unit looks exactly as pictured. The location is easily accessible and overlooks the canal. Bicycles were provided to use, but we walked to many locations including the nearby Wal-Mart. Keyless entry was convenient for our late arrival and elevator made moving luggage a breeze. Christine and Craig couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks!
We enjoyed this unit that we stayed in for ten days in many ways- it is spacious and we loved the decor, well stocked kitchen (we cook a lot), quick drive to Haulover beach, and the host let us know about a really cool local market where we got some really great freshly caught fish and other specialty items that we used for a grilling picnic at the park. They even put a Pack n' Play out for our toddler without us even asking, which was really nice. We used the one we brought as a playpen in the living room which ended up being great.
We are lighter sleepers, so we travel with white noise machines, and we did end up using them on this trip. The property is close to a road that gets a fair amount of traffic, so any other light sleepers might want to do the same. Otherwise the neighborhood is very quiet, and if you aren't a light sleeper I wouldn't worry about it.
We had a couple of small issues arise, but they were dealt with promptly and fully. We had an emergency at the end of our stay, and the owners were really awesome about it. All in all, a really nice place with really great owners!
Nice apartment inside. Craig is awesome. Very helpful and nice. Outside is still getting upgrade but the apartments look like new . And we had a view of the lake which was very nice. And the community is very quiet. And everything is close by Walmart a mall beaches casinos
The property looks very modern and clean. It is well facilitated and provides evertyhing you need. Close to wallmart and a couple of food stores. The help of Craig / Veronica is great, we got one tiny issue and they responded immediately.
