The best thing about this property is it's location. It's only 25 minutes north of the PV International Airport and nestled right between 2 small towns (Bucerias and La Cruz) but yet it's private, mostly quiet, well taken care of and right on the beach in the prefect oceanfront community.

Perla 5 (the Name of This Beachfront Ph Terrace Home) is 100% Wheelchair Accessible (almost No Other Property is Like That in the Entire Beachfront Community of Punta Esmeralda). Because It's All One Level There Are No Stairs. to Unload Groceries Or Your Suitcases Etc... Your 2 Stall Parking Spot (as Well As Extra Spaces) is Right There. if You Forget Your Sunglasses When You Get to the Beach... It's 15 Seconds to Go Grab Them and Return to the Beach.

Excellent family Vacation home at Perla 5!

My husband & I, our 2 kids & my in-laws comfortably stayed here in November 2016. To begin the location was perfect, just far enough from all the party zone with the beach only a few steps away & very private. The house was very clean & nicely set up for us on arrival. All the bedrooms were big & clean. Wifi worked well as long as not too many of us used it at the same time. Restaurant food was delicious & service was excellent. The pools were always clean & lookout to beach so you always had a beautiful view. We loved that this location was a 5 min taxi drive from the marina, we were able to get fresh seafood & bring it back home to make a delicious ceviche. Location was also close to supermarkets & little outdoor plaza to get great souvenirs. We also went to Islas Marietas with Crucero Bahia Alegre, this was a small island 1 hr away, the boat dock is a 20 min drive from us. If you're interested in surfing, Sayulita is a beautiful surfing beach that was only about 30 min drive. Loved this place & definitely going back in 2017.

Fabulous time at Perla 5!

We had a great time at Perla 5 over the Christmas holiday 2016. Five adults and five kids stayed and enjoyed the pools, beach and gorgeous view from this property. There is a restaurant on site that will deliver to your room or poolside which was a nice surprise. The parking is convenient and close. There is a spa on the property and small playground too. We would love to return in the future.

Awesome place

The apartment is very spacious and clean and the terrace is great for having a beer and enjoying the view. There is also a small pool right on the terrace. The pools, the beach or the restaurant are just a short walk away and also the parking is just steps from the door. We had a great time and definitely would like to return.

Charming place..

We loved the views, the complex on these dates was soo quiet and we loved to enjoy this charming place just by ourselves. :)

We enjoyed to have easy access to the beach, pool and parking, especially for my kiddos, we didn't have to walk long distances to get in.. we just had it in front of us..

We had all we need in the condo, very spacious and clean. All the ammenities worked fine.

I would recommend to include a maid service to help you and maintain clean the place..

We will definitely come soon

Beautiful views, great access!

We stayed here for 10 days. The condo is very spacious, with amazing views over the Banderas Bay across to Bucerias. Easy access to taxi and bus. The grounds are very well maintained, and all eight of the pools are beautiful. Upon initial inspection the condo was clean, towels, both shower and beach, were provided for each guest. We had requested that the third bedroom with two twins be made into a king with king bedding. We had been told that this was not a problem but this did not happen until we asked for the bedding on arrival, we pushed the beds together and made the beds but still had 2 twin comforters. There is a full bath off each bedroom, the master suite has a tub which is essentially useless, the faucet fills at the very edge of the tub, if you turn the water on too high it spills over the edge. The shower door is missing and there was white stains down the front of the bathroom cabinets. The second king room had a poorly functioning shower head, Fernando said that it worked fine but we were not satisfied with that and emailed Matt who then instructed Fernando to change it which was done that day. The kitchen has your basic necessities that all function well. The utensil drawer front came off the first time we opened the drawer and we mentioned it to Fernando but the drawer remained off for the entire 10 days. Knives are extremely dull. Kitchen A/C does not work, but the rest of the A/C and fans in the condo function well. When we arrived we weren't satisfied with the condition of the plunge pool on the veranda, it had a green hue to it and smelled swampy. We asked if we could drain it and Fernando said it wouldn't help and said nothing else. We refrained from using it (this was actually the selling feature of the condo) for a few days then decided to drain it. Once it was drained we saw green slime on the sides and in the infinity part so we scrubbed the tub. Before refilling we looked at the filter and it was coated with slimy, green algae. We messaged Matt for a new filter but was never provided with one, so cleaned the old one and refilled the tub. Matt was gracious enough to offer us a free night for all of our trouble but we will not be back to that area let alone that condo so asked for a night refund which was denied. He said that we could have messaged Fernando at any time to have the pool cleaned. I feel as though the condo should not have been rented out with the main selling feature in such a state. It should be cleaned weekly.

Owner's Response: We clearly offered to clean the dipping pool once per week and in fact do clean it once per week whether it's being rented or not.. Fernando was willing and able from day one to do that. The renters refused his services. We will get that kitchen air-conditioner clean. The shower area doesn't need the glass door in the master bedroom... so we left it off for safety reasons. Upon further review the air conditioner in the kitchen is 100% working. We also added Shaw Direct (some 200 HD all English Channels and a local telephone on which renters can make log distance calls to Canada, the USA and Mexico for free) at no extra charge.
