My home is fully furnished, super clean, and charming! The cottage is located in the heart of San Fernando Valley, which is just minutes away from all the excitement and attractions in Los Angeles.
The nearest freeways are less than a mile away: 405 and 101
There is a bus right across the street can connect you to nearly anywhere in Los Angeles County and further. It is also next to the Big Beautiful Balboa Park and close to a golf course and airport transportation. ( Note: the Whole Place is Just Yours. This is Not a Share.)
The kitchen has all the conveniences of home: microwave, toaster, coffee pot, pots and pans, silverware and dishes.
The living room has two couches that convert to double beds and a flat screen tv.
The bathroom has a hairdryer for your conveniences. Shower is over the bathtub.
The one bedroom has a double bed with memory foam mattress a with a twin bunk over the top. Also, there is a twin inflatable mattress that is as high as a regular bed and comes with a built in pump and there are two couches That convert to beds and two floor futons (twin Size).
I am so excited to start meeting new people from all around the world! I have a husband from Thailand and two grown kids in college. We all love to travel and learn about new cultures. I have lived in Los Angeles all my life (born and raised) and would be happy to answer any questions! Also, my son is a "foodie" and knows all the best places to eat!
This cottage is in the heart of the San Fernando Valley and is no more than 20 minutes from all of Los Angeles' best attractions! Super convenient location, next to the 405 and 101! I haven't heard anything but great feedback from my guests and I enjoy meeting people from all over the world! Friendly neighbors, but still private :) I am a wonderful host, I can promise you I do just about anything I can to make you comfortable. The neighbors are also very friendly.
I Live Close by and Am Available 24/7 to Help With Anything! Message me if you have any questions regarding booking or anything!
Easy access from freeways, and was very clean. I would definately offer this triplex and would consider using it again next time I'm in the area.
For the amount you pay and to be in the LA area, this was a very good deal. The apartment cute and quaint - very basic but comfortable. Comfortable beds, new blankets, linens, towels, a comfortable air mattress and 2 futons in the living room for more sleeping accommodations (nice pads available to place on futons making it pretty comfortable to sleep on), and working A/Cs (a godsend); it worked out just fine for a family with grown kids who just needed a place to sleep, eat, and shower. Close to laundry mat, gas station and Hispanic market. A short drive to Ralph's (grocery store). Super close to 405 freeway. Easy check in and check out. Don't expect a whole lot of room and luxury - no cable, DVD player, no yard (very small area in back). I found the neighbors to be friendly and the felt comfortable in the working class neighborhood. We would have paid more staying at a Motel 6 and still have no kitchen to work with so it was indeed a good deal for us. No regrets!
Very close to Universal studios and Hollywood

This is a down-to- earth working person's neighborhood. Nice people. In the heart of the San Fernando Valley, adjacent to Encino, Sherman Oaks, and less than a mile away from the 405 and Orange Line (which you can take to Hollywood and Union Station)!
